<p>Madarek Engineering Group is seeking a highly experienced and technically strong Senior Electrical Project Manager with a solid EPC background and a proven track record in managing large-scale, technically complex projects. The successful candidate will take full ownership of the electrical scope from engineering and procurement through construction, testing & commissioning, and final handover, with responsibility for programme, cost, quality, resources, and overall project delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead the complete electrical scope from engineering and procurement through construction, testing & commissioning, and handover. Take ownership of project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, cost control, progress, and overall project performance. Develop, maintain, and control project programmes using Primavera P6, including baselines, critical path, resource planning, look-ahead schedules, progress updates, delay analysis, and recovery programmes. Provide technical leadership for MV/LV distribution, transformers, generators, UPS, ATS, switchgear, power distribution, lighting, ELV systems, earthing, and lightning protection. Proven track record of managing projects end-to-end, from engineering and procurement through execution, testing & commissioning, and handover. <p>THE WORK</p><p>The role covers high-end projects across different sectors, including five-star hotels, private palaces, ultra-luxury villas, luxury retail, jewelry boutiques and other premium commercial interiors.</p><p>These are projects where execution quality, detailing, material interfaces and tolerances are critical, and where the final result is judged at the highest level.</p><p>The Project Manager is responsible for the project from A to Z: mobilization, sequencing, execution, quality, procurement interfaces, snagging and handover.</p><p>The role is site-led rather than report-led. On projects at this level, quality cannot be inspected only after completion.
