<p>We are seeking a Contract & Procurement Manager who will</p><ul><li>Define and drive the contract and procurement strategy in alignment with business objectives.</li><li>Lead all procurement and contracting activities across projects and operations.</li><li>Ensure effective execution of the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, including tendering, negotiation, award, and contract execution.</li><li>Oversee supplier strategy, sourcing activities, and contract management frameworks.</li><li>Lead complex negotiations with contractors, suppliers, and strategic partners.</li><li>Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company standards, policies, and ethical principles.</li><li>Manage contract committees and ensure effective governance and decision-making processes.</li><li>Ensure procurement and contracting activities are aligned with project timelines, cost-control targets, and operational priorities.</li><li>Provide strategic input on contract risk management, claims, and dispute resolution.</li><li>Lead, develop, and empower a high-performing, multidisciplinary Contracts & Procurement (C&P) organization.</li></ul><p><br></p> </div><h2 class="h5">Skills</h2>
<div data-jb-field="skills"><p>Requirements</p><ul><li>Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Law, or an equivalent field.</li><li>Minimum 20+ years of professional experience, including senior leadership roles in Procurement and Contracts.</li><li>Strong expertise in procurement strategy, contract management, and strategic sourcing.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of complex contractual environments and supplier ecosystems.</li><li>Proven experience in large-scale industrial or energy projects.</li><li>Strong executive leadership capabilities and strategic influence.</li><li>Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Proven ability to lead large, complex, and multidisciplinary organizations.</li><li>Experience working in multinational environments and complex project ecosystems.</li><li>Ability to operate effectively across multiple stakeholders, functions, and governance frameworks.</li><li>Fluent in English and Arabic (mandatory).</li><li>French language proficiency is an advantage.</li></ul><p><br></p></div>
