<p><h4>Duties</h4>
<p>Provide information and materials to these divisions as necessary to ensure adequate and legal documentation.<br>

Conduct country-wide Property Training on a yearly basis as well as establish training plans for new hire employees and refresher training.<br>
Ensure compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Statement of Work (SOW), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).<br>
Develop processes and desktop procedures to maintain continuity of job performance.<br>
Audit logs and status records to ensure completion of lost, damaged, or destroyed items.<br>
Check LTDD packages for accuracy and completion.<br>
Perform additional duties and projects as qualified to perform as assigned.<br>
Responsible for maintaining a safe workplace and ensuring that safety is the highest priority in the workplace.<br>
Comply with all Environmental Health & Safety and Quality Assurance requirements and goals.</p>

<p><h4>Job Description</h4>
<p>The quality construction inspector will support the U.S. Department of State contract in Iraq. Under specific direction, the inspector will apply knowledge and experience of facility systems in the construction and modification of horizontal and vertical applications and support services for LCC department. They will demonstrate knowledge of setting and meeting key performance indicators, to include the verification of compliance metrics in preliminary laydown, during construction phases and then final and acceptance inspections, utilizing the framework Amentum standards, OBO and DoS policies and regulations, local and international construction codes and standards (ICCS).</p>
<p>This position will be responsible for providing oversight and collaboration of standards at construction sites, with the monitoring of construction teams, providing oversight in mechanical, electrical and plumbing functions, directing inspections and managing work requirements, utilizing skills and knowledge requiring flexibility, adaptability, and responsiveness. The duties and responsibilities listed below are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all inclusive.</p>

Essential Duties and Responsibilities for Oversight/Training/Instructing host nation in the following: • Routine and non-routine inspections of F-16 aircraft engines, identifying issues or areas requiring attention. • Scheduled maintenance, including troubleshooting, removing, and installing engine components. • Utilizing advanced diagnostic equipment to assess engine conditions and analyze engine performance. • Repairing and replacing worn or damaged components, such as turbine blades, bearings, and seals, ensuring compliance with technical specifications. • Maintaining detailed records of work performed, including inspection and maintenance logs, and report findings to ensure accurate documentation. • Adhering to all safety protocols and technical manuals during maintenance procedures to ensure personnel safety and equipment functionality. • Collaborating with other technicians and engineers to discuss solutions for complex mechanical or technical issues. • Staying up-to-date on F-16 engine technologies, tools, and best practices by participating in ongoing training and professional development. • Supporting pre- and post-flight engine checks, ensuring engine readiness and addressing last-minute maintenance needs. Work Conditions Position is located OCONUS and in an austere environment; work is being performed on the flight line, limited hangar or aviation field environment. Physical Requirements • Must be able to lift and parts, tooling and other awkward items sometimes weighing greater than 50 lbs , including up and down stairs. • Requires intermittent standing, walking, sitting, squatting, stretching, and bending throughout the workday. • Must be able to see and hear, or use prosthetics that will enable these senses to function adequately to assure that the requirements of this position can be fully met. Qualifications Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required . • Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Secret security clearance. • In order to obtain a secret clearance, qualified candidates must have US Citizenship. • Ability to pass physical screening requirements. Education and/or Experience: • High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate’s or technical degree in aircraft maintenance or a related field is preferred. • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience working with military turbine engines, ideally on F-16 engines. • Extensive hands-on experience with Pratt & Whitney or General Electric engines for the F-16 aircraft . • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, maintenance software, and technical manuals for turbine engines. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities. • Strong understanding of safety standards and procedures for working with military aircraft . • Certification through a relevant military or civilian aviation authority (e.g., FAA, A&P) is highly desirable. • USAF 7 – Level skill or equivalent.
