<p><h4>Location</h4> <p>Sulaymaniyah, Iraq</p> <h4>Job summary</h4> <p>The heavy wheel motor vehicle field service representative (FSR) provides on-site technical support and advice to assigned customers.</p> <h4>Principal accountabilities</h4> <p>(Typical duties include the following, although specific duties vary by assignment or contract)</p> <ul> <li>Provide technical guidance and advice to the customer.</li> <li>Present a positive image of self and company’s services.</li> <li>Work effectively with differing customers and cultures.</li> <li>Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with safety objectives and policies.</li> <li>Provide inspection support and perform repairs, sustainment maintenance, retrofits, and modifications to multiple platform vehicles.</li> <li>Conduct technical analysis of vehicle implementations, modifications and enhancements.</li> <li>Troubleshoot technical problems and issues and determine technical solutions.</li> <li>Act as local on-site representative to customer's organization.</li> <li>Document and submit company expense reports and time cards.</li> <li>Perform other qualified duties as assigned.</li> </ul> <h4>Knowledge & skills</h4> <ul> <li>Must have knowledge of database software, spreadsheet software, presentation software, and word processing software.</li> <li>Knowledgeable of U.S. military vehicle maintenance management publications and guidelines.</li> <li>Ability to interpret and use all types of engineering drawings, schematics, diagrams, and specification sheets.</li> <li>Ability to use all types of power tools, lifting devices, carrying or support equipment, including safe use of slings and chains.</li> <li>Familiar with the use and operation of TMDE (Test, Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment).</li> <li>Must be able to function with minimal supervision.</li> <li>Ability to obtain and maintain a US passport.</li> <li>Ability to obtain a secret security clearance.</li> </ul> <h4>Experience & education</h4> <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.</li> <li>Class A or B CDL preferred.</li> <li>Four (4) years certified vehicle maintenance required.</li> <li>ASE level certification in vehicular and component level fault diagnostics and maintenance or military equivalent.</li> <li>Prior instructional experience delivering technical training in fault diagnostics and maintenance/repair.</li> </ul> <h4>Physical requirements / working environment</h4> <ul> <li>Must be willing and able to work in extreme temperatures.</li> <li>Capability to lift 55 lbs without assistance.</li> <li>Must be able to meet medical and physical fitness requirements to enter into and maintain deployment in accordance with customer requirements.</li> <li>Live and work in an austere environment in an active combat zone most likely under U.S. government control.</li> </ul> <h4>Travel</h4> <ul> <li>Able to travel domestically and internationally.</li> <li>Relocate to different locations within the area of responsibility on short notice to support assignment.</li> </ul></p><p></p>

<p>About the Role</p><p>The Creative Designer will transform marketing ideas, campaigns, promotions, and business requirements into professional, engaging, and effective visual content.</p><p>The position covers several areas of creative work, including:</p><ul><li><p>Graphic and digital design</p></li><li><p>Social media creative production</p></li><li><p>Digital advertising design</p></li><li><p>UX/UI design for mobile and web</p></li><li><p>Video, reels, and motion content</p></li><li><p>AI-assisted creative production</p></li><li><p>Brand and visual identity</p></li><li><p>eCommerce and product presentation</p></li></ul><p>You will work closely with our Digital Marketing Specialist, management team, developers, photographers, and other team members.</p><p>Main Responsibilities</p><p>You will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content across BASKITT’s digital channels, including:</p><ul><li><p>Social media posts, stories, advertisements, banners, and campaign visuals.</p></li><li><p>Promotional materials for products, offers, discounts, seasonal campaigns, and launches.</p></li><li><p>Creative variations for Meta, Google, TikTok, and other digital advertising platforms.</p></li><li><p>Website and mobile application banners, landing pages, and promotional assets.</p></li><li><p>UX/UI concepts, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and interface improvements.</p></li><li><p>Short promotional videos, reels, animated advertisements, and other digital video content.</p></li><li><p>Professional product-focused designs and eCommerce promotional materials.</p></li><li><p>Reusable templates and visual systems that maintain BASKITT’s brand consistency.</p></li><li><p>Creative concepts and visual materials produced using both traditional design software and modern AI-powered creative tools.</p></li></ul><p>The Creative Designer will also work with the Digital Marketing Specialist to understand campaign objectives and translate marketing requirements into professional visual content.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>What We Are Looking For</p><p>The ideal candidate should have practical experience in several of the following areas:</p><p><strong>Performance Marketing</strong></p><p>Managing paid advertising campaigns and optimizing them based on measurable results.</p><p><strong>eCommerce & Mobile App Marketing</strong></p><p>Understanding how to attract users, drive app installations, generate purchases, and improve repeat customer activity.</p><p><strong>Customer Acquisition & Retention</strong></p><p>Developing acquisition, retargeting, remarketing, loyalty, referral, and reactivation campaigns.</p><p><strong>Analytics & Conversion Optimization</strong></p><p>Understanding marketing funnels, customer journeys, conversion rates, attribution, and campaign performance.</p><p><strong>Campaign Planning</strong></p><p>Turning business objectives into structured campaigns with clear audiences, budgets, messaging, timelines, and KPIs.</p><p>Technical Experience</p><p>Experience with several of the following is strongly preferred:</p><ul><li><p>Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Firebase Analytics, Meta Pixel, UTM Tracking, Conversion Tracking, Retargeting and Remarketing, A/B Testing, Funnel Analysis, Marketing Attribution, Dashboard and performance reporting tools</p></li></ul><p>You do not need to be an expert in every platform listed above.
