<p>The Superintendent Power is responsible for leading, supervising, and coordinating all electrical power generation, distribution, and maintenance activities across the Majnoon Oil Field. This role ensures safe, reliable, and compliant operation of electrical systems supporting production facilities, camps, utilities, and critical infrastructure. Superintendent provides technical leadership, oversees site execution, and ensures alignment with KBR standards and client requirements.</p>
<h4>Accountability / expectations</h4>
<ul>
<li>Oversee daily operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of power generation units, HV/LV distribution networks, switchgear, transformers, MCCs, and protection systems.</li>
<li>Ensure electrical systems operate within design parameters, safety limits, and reliability targets.</li>
<li>Lead fault investigations, root-cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.</li>
<li>Manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend asset life.</li>
<li>Provide expert guidance on electrical engineering standards, power system design, and safe work practices.</li>
<li>Ensure full compliance with KBR HSSE, electrical regulations, and international codes.</li>
