<p><h4>E&I Engineer</h4> <p>KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) provides holistic and value-added solutions across the entire asset life cycle. These include world-class licensed process technologies, differentiated advisory services, deep technical domain expertise, energy transition solutions, high-end design capabilities, and smart solutions to optimize planned and operating assets.</p> <p>Responsible for start-up and plant operations activities including equipment and system checkout, inspection for proper installation, review for correct design, and calculation of expected system and equipment operating parameters under temporary start-up conditions. Coordinates start-up operations, including the direction of craft, and all other start-up activities such as flushing, chemical cleaning, and initial equipment and system operation. Coordinates performance tests and calculates test results and heat balances. Performs calculations required to properly evaluate design changes, provides engineering reports for the engineering department to assist in design change preparation. <p>Support the overall implementation of the social cohesion and tribal engagement programme in Iraq, including its financial, administrative and technical implementation, in compliance with IOM policies and standards, conflict-sensitive programming standards, as well as donor requirements, agreed timeline and deliverables.</p><p><br></p><p>In coordination with the Programme Manager, coordinate the work of all staff assigned to the programme, as well as consultants, implementing partners and service providers recruited to support and/or undertake specific activities.</p><p><br></p><p>Maintain close collaboration and contribute to strengthening the partnerships with tribal leaders, community actors, government counterparts, UN agencies, and civil society organizations to support coherent, coordinated, and peace-positive engagement across target locations.</p><p><br></p><p>Draft and produce high-quality progress and other reports, including donor reports and thematic briefs,&nbsp; and ensure proper information exchange on all operational aspects of the programmes between IOM, the programmes’ donors and other stakeholders.</p><p><br></p><p>Provide technical support in analyzing&nbsp; or,</p><p>University degree in the above fields with four years of relevant professional experience.</p><p>Accredited Universities are those listed in the UNESCO World Higher Education Database.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Experience</b></p><p><br></p><p>Demonstrated experience in the conceptualization, development, implementation, monitoring, reporting, and evaluation of social cohesion, tribal engagement, peacebuilding, or conflict‑sensitive programming in Iraq, with proven ability to design and steer context‑appropriate interventions;</p><p>Experience supervising and providing technical guidance to national staff, consultants, and/or field teams, including leading capacity‑building efforts, coaching personnel, and ensuring adherence to programmatic standards;</p><p>Experience in liaising with governmental counterparts, tribal leadership structures, community stakeholders, and national and international institutions, with a strong ability to facilitate dialogue, consultations, workshops, and engagement with high‑level or sensitive actors;
