<p><h4>Essential responsibilities (but not limited to):</h4>
<p>Perform launch, recovery, scheduled and unscheduled inspections/maintenance.<br>
Preflight/thru flight/BPO inspections, ground handling, minor maintenance, and servicing.<br>
Perform routine troubleshooting, installation, repair and maintenance of all electro-mechanical systems and components on the aircraft at the organizational level of maintenance.<br>
Services aircraft. Performs end-of-runway, post-flight, preflight, thru-flight, and phase inspections.<br>
Troubleshoots and maintains aircraft structures, systems, components, and related equipment. Removes and installs aircraft components.<br>
Performs inspections, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on the company aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations, manufacturer and company maintenance manuals and procedures.<br>
Services, operates, and maintains ground support equipment and performs interior and exterior cleaning of aircraft and work areas. Must precisely complete all maintenance documentation.<br>
Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.</p>
<h4>Minimum position knowledge, skills, and abilities required:</h4>
<ul>
<li>Must have a current FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license in good standing.</li>
<li>At least four (4) years of directly related heavy aircraft maintenance experience is highly desired. Experience must include complying with all applicable aircraft servicing procedures, aircraft maintenance manuals and parts catalogs.</li>
<li>Experience with OBOGS systems and T-6 life support required.</li>
<li>2.5 years Textron T6 Texan II aircraft maintenance experience within the last 5 years required.</li>
<li>Must read, interpret and use manufacturers and aircraft maintenance manuals, service bulletins, blueprints, wiring/schematic diagrams, data tables and other specifications to determine feasibility and method to repair or replace malfunctioning or damaged components.</li>
<li>Must be able to inspect, repair, and operate ground support and auxiliary equipment.</li>
<li>Possess a current state issued driver’s license.</li>
<li>Must be able to obtain and maintain U.S. passport for facility credentials/authorization. Note: U.S. citizenship is required for facility credentials/authorization at this work site.</li>

<h4>Work environment, physical demands, and mental demands:</h4>
<ul>
<li>Must possess the ability to carry and lift overhead up to 50 pounds.</li>
<li>Duties include walking, climbing, standing, stooping, stretching, and squatting for purposes of moving equipment, boarding and de-boarding the aircraft, performing maintenance using ladders, and performing maintenance atop and below aircraft.</li>
<li>Must be able to work at high altitudes when performing flight attendant duties.</li>
<li>Work is primarily performed outside in a high-level noise environment.</li>
<li>Performing maintenance in low-light areas, operating support equipment after daylight hours. Work is occasionally performed in inclement weather.</li>

<p>Under direct supervision: The Well Engineer is responsible for well proposals and the Basis of Design. Provides Operation Plans and prepares Programs as well as assures technical integrity of Operations planning and execution. Responsible for the day-to-day surveillance of operations. Responsible for the creation of Approval for Expenditure (AFE) and performs cost control of operations. Participates in risk assessment, forecasts and plans medium and long term needs to meet program requirements, and anticipates operational changes and needs. Prepares equipment lists and identifies long lead items. Ensures proper communication within the project. Performs engineering studies to solve recurring problems. Prepares End-of-Well reports and contributes to knowledge management.</p><p>Additional Role Responsibilities: (1) Ability and flexibility to travel to Iraq both domestically and internationally typically 28/28 days per business required. (2) Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or a relevant Engineering specialization (3) Manages all aspects of rig operations including HS&E, detail well planning, well construction, resourcing, cost reporting, performance management, materials and logistics, service company performance and management systems compliance (4) Manages the team, ensures activities are prioritized effectively and that the team delivers results in line with approved plans and timescales. (5) Develops a high level of responsibility and ownership within the team and promotes continuous improvement in the development of technical expertise and competency, standards and practices, commercial awareness and innovative thinking. (6) Demonstrated experience working on diverse, cross-functional teams. (7) Demonstrated Managership skills. (8) Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders demands and issues on a Global scale. (9) Demonstrated ability to manage projects and deadlines. (10) Excellent communication skills (oral and written). (11) Strong acumen for technology development and innovation.</p><p>Qualifications Requires a Bachelors degree in STEM, preference in Petroleum or Mechanical Engineering, and 4 or more years of well services / intervention experience. Supervisory experience and exposure to Multi-discipline operations is preferred. Must have Well Control Certificate.
