<p>Job specification:
The postholder plays a critical role in the readiness of Canines. He/She is the lead in overseeing canine operations, and ensuring K9 readiness, compliance with MOI K9 Training & Evaluation Directorate and aviation security standards, and effective deployment of K9 teams to check points for screening and patrols where required. The post holder works directly for the Head of the K9 Unit in managing the daily operations, canine logistics, and closely with the K9 Training Team in ensuring that all handlers and K9s are fully trained, certified and operationally effective. He/She works with the Unit Veterinarian in overseeing canine welfare, daily nutrition and daily kenneling activities. Finally, to support the Head of K9 Unit in liaising with regulatory authorities and ensuring compliance with the MOI Directorate of Training & Evaluation with Veterinary and Technical compliance standards required for certification, through drills, exercises and evaluations.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
a) Operational Oversight :
• Supervise daily activities of K9 handlers and dogs across EDD and NDD teams.
• Plan and coordinate deployment schedules for detection operations across all checkpoints.
• Coordinate with airport security, and where necessary customs, and law enforcement for joint operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and operational standards.
• Ensure optimal rotation and rest schedules for dogs and handlers.
b) Training & Development Support :
• Coordinate schedules with the K9 Training staff for regular training sessions for EDD and NDD teams, including simulated threat scenarios.
• Work with the K9 Training Staff to evaluate performance and readiness of K9 teams.
• Implement continuous improvement strategies for detection accuracy.
• Work with the Head of K9 Unit and the K9 Training staff to implement corrective training plans and maintain certification standards.
c) Translation & Liaison Duties :
• Translate operational briefings, SOPs, incident reports, and communications between multilingual teams.
• Act as liaison and facilitate communication between international management/supervisors, local handlers, and airport authorities.

<p>The IT HCS & VMware Platform Supervisor is responsible for supervising the operation, administration, governance, and continuous improvement of the Huawei Cloud Stack (HCS) platform and related private or hybrid cloud services across the IT data center environment.</p>
<p>The role leads HCS platform support activities to ensure secure, available, scalable, and recoverable cloud services, while coordinating with infrastructure, network, security, application, vendor, and service management teams to meet business continuity and operational requirements.</p>
<h4>Duties and responsibilities</h4>

<li>Supervise daily administration of Huawei Cloud Stack services including ManageOne, FusionCompute, resource pools, projects or tenants, compute, storage, virtual networking, identity and access, monitoring, and platform health.</li>
<li>Lead and guide platform engineers and support teams in incident handling, service requests, change implementation, preventive maintenance, lifecycle upgrades, and compliance with approved procedures.</li>
<li>Monitor HCS capacity, utilization, performance, availability, licensing, quotas, and service levels; prepare forecasts and implement optimization plans for efficient resource usage.</li>

<li>Ensure backup, replication, snapshot, restore, and disaster recovery processes are properly configured and tested; coordinate recovery exercises against approved RPO and RTO targets.</li>
<li>Review and approve technical change plans, method statements, risk assessments, rollback plans, patching activities, configuration baselines, and security hardening requirements.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and supervise resolution of complex platform incidents by analyzing logs, alerts, performance data, and root causes; coordinate corrective actions with Huawei, vendors, and internal teams.</li>

Under supervision of the Waste Services Manager, the Waste Management Supervisor supervises and coordinates all activities of a Non-Hazardous Waste Management Operation which includes wastewater treatment plant operations and black and gray water collection and disposal. The Supervisors oversees all personnel engaged in operation, maintenance, and repair of all Sewage and Black Water Waste Management activities at a 24 / 7 facility. Responsibilities This position description is subject to change at any time as needed to meet the requirements of the program or company. + Directs activities of workers engaged in tasks such as black and gray water collection, and dust abatement. + Assists workers in repairing facilities and equipment, applying general knowledge of wastewater collection and disposal safety procedures, and using hand tools. + Maintains personnel records. + Trains workers in performance of duties and safety procedures. + Inspects facilities and other equipment to detect need for maintenance and repair. + Performs other duties as described. Qualifications + Minimum Qualifications: Education/Certifications: One year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required. + Must be CAC eligible and/or able to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC) + Must be a U.S. Citizen + High school diploma or equivalent required. Undergraduate degree preferred. + Must obtain or have equivalent Waste-Water Treatment Certificate, Certification and/or License + Experience: + Five (5) years related experience in Municipal Waste Management working at a Sewer Treatment facility. + Additional requirements: + Strong organization, communication (verbal/written) skills, and attention to detail. + Requires extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Visio, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel). + Prior LOGCAP experience at a Foreman or Lead level in Non-Hazardous Solid Waste Management (Sewage and Black Water Waste Operations) + Skills: + Strong organization, communication (verbal/written) skills, and attention to detail. + Requires extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Visio, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel). + Prior LOGCAP experience at a Foreman or Lead level in Non-Hazardous Solid Waste Management (Black Water Waste Operations). + Supervisory Responsibilities: + Supervises operations of Waste Management employees and activities + Working Conditions: + Must be capable of working in an extreme weather conditions with temperatures exceeding 120 degrees Fahrenheit. Indoor and/or outdoor environment with very adverse and harsh conditions (i.e., hot, dry, dusty, desert environment with average temperatures of 30 degrees in the winter and 130 degrees in the summer months). + Includes some industrial production environment conditions as well. + Physical Requirements: + Medium work. Have the skill to manage the team.</p><p>6. Read drawing and arrange the work to fitters and workers.</p><p>7. Analysis the schedule of monthly work and arrange weekly work.</p><p>8. Hold the inspection work when the work finish.</p><p>9. Communicate to labors to know the ideological trend .</p><p>10. Communicate to the owner and other party to solve the construction problem.</p><p>11. Make daily and weekly report of his work.</p><p>12. <p>The Horizontal Foreman will be based at Baghdad Embassy Compound (BEC) Amentum site in Iraq and serve the Operations and Maintenance Support Services (OMSS) contract in support of the U.S. Department of State. This position will be responsible for managing the daily work assignments of Material Handling and Heavy Equipment Operations and will report to the Operations and Maintenance Manager.</p><p>The duties and responsibilities listed below are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all inclusive.</p><p>DUTIES:</p><ul><li>Responsible for maintaining a safe workplace and ensuring that safety is the highest priority in the workplace.</li><li>Comply with all Environmental Health & Safety and Quality Assurance requirements and goals.</li><li>Provide information and materials to these divisions as necessary to ensure adequate and legal documentation.</li><li>Provide oversight of all material handling and heavy equipment support operations.</li><li>Primary responsibilities will be the safety and professional operations of a daily multi-national workforce and ensuring that all work requests are completed.</li><li>Schedule daily work assignments of personnel.</li><li>Review work orders and support requests to determine safety requirements, permitting, and equipment needs.</li><li>Manage all work order activity to ensure that all work is properly documented and submitted for recording.</li><li>Provide reports and data - both required and ad hoc.</li><li>Ensure adequate supplies and materials are ordered for department.</li><li>Ensure personnel are properly trained in equipment operation.</li><li>Monitor and evaluate performance of personnel.</li><li>Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum Acceptable Experience Level: Two (2) years experience with Horizontal Earthwork and Material Handling Equipment including forklifts, cranes, loaders, bulldozers, skid steers, and semi-tractor trucks.</li><li>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:<ul><li>Good time management skills and able to multi-task using various types of cranes and rigging gear.</li><li>Knowledge of proper loading techniques and forklift weight capacities.</li><li>Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, bend, stoop, and climb in and around construction type equipment and work in adverse climatic conditions.</li><li>Ability to coordinate and complete basic Transportation Movement Request (TMR).</li><li>Prior experience in working with a multi-national workforce</li><li>Ability to extract information to produce reports.</li><li>Ability to communicate with a wide variety of colleagues and customers.</li><li>Knowledge of principles and processes involved in supporting contract responsibilities at an overseas facility.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that requires handling multiple tasks at a given time and rapidly adapting to changing priorities and schedules.</li><li>Cross-cultural sensitivity with an international perspective.</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Word and Excel.</li><li>Ability to become an active and functioning member of a team.</li><li>Ability to be innovative and be an agent for change.</li><li>Expert communication skills to facilitate and disseminate information.</li></ul></li><li>Education: A high school diploma or GED.</li><li>Passport, Licenses and Certifications: As part of pre-contingency requirements, by the time the visa process starts , candidates must possess a valid passport with a minimum of 18 months remaining to expiration date with 8 blank pages.</li><li>Valid drivers license from Home of Record.</li><li>Security Vetting: Already possess a US Government issued security clearance or Moderate Risk Public Trust (MRPT) or be able to obtain a favorable MRPT certification or US Government clearance prior to being hired is required for the position.
