Work closely with the engineers and Operations Team Managers to make well work decisions/recommendations including selection and optimization of services; materials; fluid systems; operational techniques, operational efficiencies, cost tracking, and management of project risks. Provide input on well programs, including details around HSSE, well control, equipment, contractors, etc.</p><p>(3) HSSE Responsible for ensuring HSSE is integrated in the procedure and execution of completion and well intervention operations. Actively promote HSSE and Sustainable Development (SD) in all activities and ensure compliance with business principles.</p><p>(4) Coaching and Mentoring -- Coach and mentor less experienced team members to deliver best-in-class performance in HSSE, cost, and time.</p><p>(5) Cost and Time Tracking Champion and Manager a team of supervisors in tracking well costs and job timing during execution, including differentiating trouble costs/time from expected costs/time.</p><p>(6) Contract Management Provide input and suggestions on service contracts to enable high performance. Manage contractor services in the field in line with the contracting strategy and the goals of the contract management team. Support contract management as a contract holder is select cases and participate as a member of the contract management team. Serve as a focal point for HSSE management with the contractors and the evaluation of service quality.</p><p>(7) Performance Improvement Responsible for championing operational performance improvement initiatives throughout the well delivery process. Support the implementation of new technologies as part of the performance improvement process. <p>Under general supervision: From Surface Facilities IAM Project Manager or Project/Asset Manager, supervises the operations on the field projects for a given project or several projects in an asset. Establishes scope of work with site customer and site representative. Checks design documentation for adequacy to specific site conditions and agreed scope of work. Proposes engineering adjustments to site condition as required. Visits site before and during the project and verifies that applied project procedures by contractor will allow compliance of technical requirements and timely completion. Additional responsibilities include verifying project advance payment and contractor resource allocation; commenting and proposing adjustments to comply with project schedule and budget; verifying safety conditions at site and stop work if required; informing management and personnel of unsafe practice. <p>Under general supervision: Responsible for HAL contractual operations at the well site. Understands objectives of the well services operation and takes actions required to accomplish the objective. Responsible for reporting and protects the health and safety of employees, contractors, and the general public from harm resulting from operations. Protects the environment from damage resulting from operations. Coordinates work of product services lines and 3rd party subcontractors to meet engineered well design. Supervises day-to-day field operations at the well site. Matrix manager for HSE and logistics personnel on location. Maintains a high profile and leadership in HSE by active participation in HSE audits, inspections and reviews in accordance with the HSE Plan. Participates in and facilitate incident and near miss investigations, Validation of closed corrective actions and audit open items. Responsible for move-in and rig up, rig down and move-out of equipment. Directs well operations processes. Manages field operations to accomplish specified well services objectives within agreed-on time and cost objectives. Prepares a documented 7 day look ahead for equipment, materials, and personnel for the well operations every day.</p><p>Additional Role Responsibilities: (1).In charge of management all the service order related wells; (2).Contact with discipline engineer of Company regarding to the technical issue of Service order; (3).Establish a working relationship and lines of communication with the supervisor to implement overall construction configuration management; (4).Responsible for quantity take-off, control, tracking, reporting and forecasting; (5).Specify the criteria for construction of facilities as required; (6).Review material receiving reports and warehousing to assure delivery of correct materials; (7).Coordinate and monitor the interfaces for data exchange to support the construction plan and the project controls program requirements at the jobsite; (8).Develop and manage the construction quality program; (9).Review Sub-Contractor's proposal for service order; (10).Coordinate with Subcontractors to plan/support construction schedules; (11).Plan and recommend procedures to be implemented by Subcontractor to ensure construction operations are within requirements of engineering design and specifications; (12).Coordinate subcontract activities to ensure materials, equipment and quality comply with design plans and specifications; (13).Preparation of all required related to QA/QC documentation; (14).Management and coordinate of local employee.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Qualifications Position requires current IADC or IWCF supervisory well control certification. Requires a high school diploma and a minimum of five years of rig site experience with at least three years of operational management experience. Undergraduate degree is preferred.</p><p>Preferred Experience: Minimum of 10-years relevant experience in their discipline or in an operations environment within the oil &amp; gas industry.</p>
