Coordinates environmental impact studies produced by engineering group to comply with governmental requirements. Attends internal and external meetings for work coordination. Communicates surface facility needs and plans to Customer, and obtains corresponding contractual approval. Approves final revision and Engineering and Construction Work Orders and corresponding invoices. Reviews AFE requests and submits for upper management approval.
