Provide senior-level reporting to leadership and client stakeholders, including delivery status, critical path risks, decisions required and recovery actions.</p>
<p><strong>PMO, project controls & assurance</strong><br>
Develop and manage PMO-type frameworks including project charters, delivery dashboards, RAID logs, action trackers, change controls, dependency registers and benefits tracking.<br>
Ensure consistent project management discipline across infrastructure, service transition, application, cyber security and digital delivery initiatives.<br>
Drive project assurance reviews to confirm scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, operational readiness and stakeholder acceptance criteria.<br>

<p><strong>IT integration & operations management</strong><br>
Lead integration of IT infrastructure, networks, cloud services, end-user computing, field connectivity and operational support services into a cohesive delivery and support model.<br>
Coordinate technology deployment across remote oilfield sites, production facilities, camps, offices, warehouses and operational support locations.<br>
Ensure IT services are designed and transitioned into operations with appropriate support processes, service ownership, monitoring, documentation and escalation paths.<br>
Align IT delivery with operations, maintenance, engineering, HSE and business priorities to minimize disruption and support reliable field performance.</p>
<p><strong>Oil & gas and wider operations technology delivery</strong><br>
Support technology planning and delivery for field operations, production support, maintenance execution, logistics, security, camp operations and wider industrial environments.<br>
Coordinate deployment of ruggedized field IT, communications, surveillance, access control, industrial Wi-Fi, network connectivity and operational technology-adjacent systems.<br>
Work with operations teams to define practical requirements, manage site constraints and deliver solutions suitable for remote, high-availability and safety-critical environments.<br>
Support operational readiness, cutover planning and handover for new facilities, brownfield enhancements and transition activities.</p>
<p><strong>Vendor, procurement & stakeholder management</strong><br>
Manage delivery interfaces with vendors, system integrators, service providers and technology partners including Huawei, ZTE, CCTV, access control, network and cloud suppliers.<br>
Support procurement, service order development, technical evaluation, delivery acceptance and contract performance monitoring.<br>
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across IT, IM, Digital, Cyber Security, Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Procurement and client teams.<br>
Resolve delivery blockers through structured escalation, commercial coordination and clear ownership of actions.</p>

Ensure project delivery incorporates cyber security, data protection, resilience, backup, disaster recovery and business continuity requirements from the outset.<br>

<p>Overview ***This position is physically located in Balad, Iraq*** Under the supervision of the Firefighter Crew Chiefs, the Firefighter responds to multiple-types of emergencies operating as a firefighter.
