<p>Under general supervision: Responsible for HAL contractual operations at the well site. Understands objectives of the well services operation and takes actions required to accomplish the objective. Responsible for reporting and protects the health and safety of employees, contractors, and the general public from harm resulting from operations. Protects the environment from damage resulting from operations. Coordinates work of product services lines and 3rd party subcontractors to meet engineered well design. Supervises day-to-day field operations at the well site. Matrix manager for HSE and logistics personnel on location. Participates in and facilitate incident and near miss investigations, Validation of closed corrective actions and audit open items. Responsible for move-in and rig up, rig down and move-out of equipment. Directs well operations processes. Manages field operations to accomplish specified well services objectives within agreed-on time and cost objectives. Prepares a documented 7 day look ahead for equipment, materials, and personnel for the well operations every day.</p><p>Additional Role Responsibilities: (1).In charge of management all the service order related wells; (2).Contact with discipline engineer of Company regarding to the technical issue of Service order; (3).Establish a working relationship and lines of communication with the supervisor to implement overall construction configuration management; (4).Responsible for quantity take-off, control, tracking, reporting and forecasting; (5).Specify the criteria for construction of facilities as required; (6).Review material receiving reports and warehousing to assure delivery of correct materials; (7).Coordinate and monitor the interfaces for data exchange to support the construction plan and the project controls program requirements at the jobsite; (8).Develop and manage the construction quality program; (9).Review Sub-Contractor s proposal for service order; (10).Coordinate with Subcontractors to plan/support construction schedules; (11).Plan and recommend procedures to be implemented by Subcontractor to ensure construction operations are within requirements of engineering design and specifications; (12).Coordinate subcontract activities to ensure materials, equipment and quality comply with design plans and specifications; (13).Preparation of all required related to QA/QC documentation; (14).Management and coordinate of local employee.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Position requires current IADC or IWCF supervisory well control certification. <p>In this role, you ll assess, evaluate, manage, and support medication therapies for patients of all ages in outpatient and emergent settings. <p>Support the coordination of mission wide data collection and field monitoring activities, ensuring alignment with approved project documents, Results Monitoring Frameworks (RMFs), donor requirements, and IOM monitoring standards. Contribute to the implementation of monitoring plans, including RMFs, indicator tracking tools, roles and responsibilities matrices, and data collection plans, in line with IOM Results Based Management (RBM) principles. Support systematic tracking and analysis of project progress against donor committed and SRF indicators and targets, applying established sound monitoring methodologies to assess outputs and outcomes and to inform evidence based programmatic decision making. Assist in the refinement, and standardization of monitoring tools, data collection methodologies, and technical guidance, in compliance with project documents, donor frameworks, and IOM M&amp;E guidelines. Support data collection, collation, validation, storage, and reporting processes, including beneficiary feedback and accountability data, verifying data quality, integrity, accuracy, confidentiality, and audit worthiness. Proactively flag data gaps, inconsistencies, and potential risks to the supervisor. Perform timely entry, management, and basic analysis of monitoring data in relevant systems and databases, supporting effective data use for programme oversight, adaptive management, and reporting. Support the planning and implementation of baseline, post distribution/assistance monitoring surveys, mid term, and endline studies, including preparation drafting assessment and survey reports, data collection tools, and facilitate documentation and share relevant lessons from field monitoring, and contribute to evaluation processes as required. Provide ongoing technical support, coaching, and on the job capacity building to IOM staff and implementing partners on monitoring tools, data collection methodologies, data quality assurance, and good M&amp;E practices. <p>Contribute to establishing and monitoring a system to collect, consolidate , and clean programme data from various units and field offices. Work closely with Programme Managers and M&amp;E/IMS focal points to facilitate timely and accurate data submission for all projects. Establish routines for data validation and apply data protection standards. In collaboration with the Mission IMS Team, support administering programme data and information management systems and databases. Coordinate with IMS staff to maintain programme data platforms and troubleshoot issues and continuously update project Results Matrices in the system and follow up with teams to fill any data gaps. Track the performance of project and programme indicators, flag implementation delays and challenges to project and programme staff, and suggest corrective actions to achieve the desired outcomes committed to communities, donors, and partners. Coordinate the preparation of mission-wide reports and data inputs for institutional requirements, such as annual IQ, IQBIS, UNSDCF, UNINFO, and other internal or inter-agency reporting tools. Compile, analyze, and presente all required programmatic data by deadlines.
