<li>Maintains a high profile and leadership in HSE by active participation in HSE audits, inspections and reviews in accordance with the HSE Plan.</li>
<li>Participates in and facilitate incident and near miss investigations, Validation of closed corrective actions and audit open items.</li>
<li>Responsible for move-in and rig up, rig down and move-out of equipment.</li>
<li>Directs well operations processes.</li>
<li>Manages field operations to accomplish specified well services objectives within agreed-on time and cost objectives.</li>
<li>Prepares a documented 7 day look ahead for equipment, materials, and personnel for the well operations every day.</li>

This position will be responsible for managing the daily work assignments of Material Handling and Heavy Equipment Operations and will report to the Operations and Maintenance Manager. The duties and responsibilities listed below are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all inclusive. DUTIES: Responsible for maintaining a safe workplace and ensuring that safety is the highest priority in the workplace. Comply with all Environmental Health & Safety and Quality Assurance requirements and goals. Provide information and materials to these divisions as necessary to ensure adequate and legal documentation. Provide oversight of all material handling and heavy equipment support operations. Primary responsibilities will be the safety and professional operations of a daily multi-national workforce and ensuring that all work requests are completed. Schedule daily work assignments of personnel. Review work orders and support requests to determine safety requirements, permitting, and equipment needs. Manage all work order activity to ensure that all work is properly documented and submitted for recording. Provide reports and data - both required and ad hoc. Ensure adequate supplies and materials are ordered for department. Ensure personnel are properly trained in equipment operation. Monitor and evaluate performance of personnel. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Good time management skills and able to multi-task using various types of cranes and rigging gear. Knowledge of proper loading techniques and forklift weight capacities. <p><h4>Purpose and scope:</h4>
<p>Supervise the maintenance cycle to ensure satisfactory completion of the program objectives.</p>
<h4>Essential responsibilities:</h4>

<li>Supervise all maintenance operations for assigned equipment in accordance with applicable PWS, company policies, OSHA, DOT, ANSI, ASME and applicable military regulations.</li>
<li>Supervise shop foreman and mechanics to include vacation planning, discipline, conducting performance evaluations, and training.</li>

<p><h4>Duties</h4>

Ensure Property Department compliance with Property Management and Control Procedures.<br>
Conduct random compliance audits on all sites/departments in Iraq.<br>
Develop and execute corrective action plans for audit deficiencies and inventory accountable property.<br>
Mentor lower-level Property Staff and custodians in proper process and procedures as they relate to Government Property.<br>
Identify problem areas and recommend viable solutions.<br>
Perform physical inventories of Government Furnished Property (GFP) and Contractor Acquired Property (CAP), as directed by the Property Management and Control Procedures and/or the Logistics and Property Manager.<br>
Ensure Government Property Identification numbers (GP) are properly assigned, prepare required schedule, and assist with identifying lost, damaged, and destroyed property as well as excessive consumption.<br>
Work closely with Property Custodians to ensure overall accountability of assets.<br>
Track and record movement of all types of Government property. This includes movement from one point to another within a contractor’s facility, movement between facilities for any purpose, and protection during movement.<br>
Conduct country-wide property training on a yearly basis as well as establish training plans for new hire employees and refresher training.<br>
Ensure compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Statement of Work (SOW), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).<br>
Develop processes and desktop procedures to maintain continuity of job performance.<br>
Audit logs and status records to ensure completion of lost, damaged, or destroyed items.<br>
Check LTDD packages for accuracy and completion.<br>
