As a Duty Manager, you will serve as a key operational leader responsible for overseeing daily front office operations and ensuring seamless service delivery. <p>The Fuel Coordinator will be based at the U.S. Embassy Compound in Baghdad, Iraq and serve the Base Life Support Services (BLiSS) contract in support of the U.S. Department of State. Manage day-to-day operations of the female dormitory, ensuring compliance with KBR camp management plans and camp standards.<br>

Coordinate timely rectification of maintenance defects with facilities and maintenance teams.</p>

<h4>Working and living conditions</h4>
<p>This position may be located in a war zone, in an environment with harsh and dangerous working and living conditions. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may regularly be exposed to extreme and austere desert-like environment. Temperatures can reach 120-130 degrees Fahrenheit/50-55 degrees Celsius during the summer months. Employees must be willing and able to perform regular job requirements in this austere, extreme environment, as well as willing and able to deploy to Iraq for extended periods. Work schedules are a minimum of 6 days per week and 10 hours per day, while some jobs have higher daily and weekly minimums. Employees must be willing and able to perform physical activities including, but not limited to, heavy lifting and moving of items, parts, assemblies, and equipment up to the safety regulation maximum; climbing in and out of equipment; crawling; and working outdoors. Celebrating Long Service provides an opportunity for the business to demonstrate their appreciation of the hard work, dedication and many years’ services of our employees at 5-year service milestones </li></ul><p><strong><u>Job Objectives:</u></strong></p><br><p><span>The HSE Lead will support the delivery of HSE activities as part of a broader asset Safety management programme for major oil and gas operating assets.</span></p><br><p><span>The role will be responsible for undertaking HSE assessments, supporting Safety studies, developing technical deliverables and providing engineering expertise to multidisciplinary teams involved in the operation and maintenance of oil and gas facilities.</span></p><br><p><span>The successful candidate will work as part of Wood's Iraq team and contribute to the ongoing Saftey, reliability and performance of critical production assets.</span></p><br><p><span><strong>Nationality Requirement:</strong> This position is open to <strong>Iraqi nationals only</strong>.</span></p><br><p><span><strong>Core Responsibilities:</strong></span></p><br><ul> <li><span>Review and acceptance of the Contractors HSE plan. </span></li> <li><span>Ensure the implementation of the Project HSE Management System (plans, procedures and specifications) and Contractual Security Requirements for all aspects of the work.</span></li> <li><span>Ensure that Operational HSE requirements are fully addressed in all aspects of design and that the design complies with TOTAL HSE Company Rules and General Specifications. </span></li> <li><span>Maintain a high awareness of industry and professional best practices.</span></li> <li><span>Provide specialist advice, supports and technical assistance to the Project Manager and Construction Manager on HSE matters.</span></li> <li><span>Monitor the DBOOM contractor, Pipeline installation contractor and subcontractor’s activities to ensure adherence to HSE requirements.</span></li> <li><span>Review all HSE procedures and follow up their strict implementation on Project scope and work sites.</span></li> <li><span>Take part to the Permit to Work daily and Toolbox Talks related to work activities.</span></li> <li><span>Full awareness of SIMOPS dossiers for simultaneous operations between Operations and Project.</span></li> <li><span>Participate in Job Risk Assessment, request new JRA’s, review, propose and ensure adequate risk mitigation measures, in full consideration of site operations.
