<p>Job Duties Under direct supervision from the Production Supervisor: The Production Tech specializes in working in office, field, or laboratory recording and analyzing data and writing reports. Fieldwork includes assisting geologists and engineers with electronic, sonic, or nuclear measuring instruments that indicate the potential for oil and gas; gathering and analyzing well and production data; assisting in well optimization and well failure analysis and preparing monthly performance reports for each producing well. <p>Responsible for the development, execution of the communications strategy (SOP) and the management of the operations communications team. Management of the Tetra (client) communication system. Liaison between Client departments such as IT, ROOHSE Land Transport, GIS. Responsible for planning, organising and supervising the work of subordinates in the installation, modifications and testing of telecommunications systems. Involved in planning, developing and constructing of new telecommunications sites and buildings in support of client activities. Responsible for overseeing the work conducted by CONTRACTOR technicians and coordinators who are required to install, maintain operations inside/outside the field. Responsible for travelling to sites located inside/outside the field to install and maintain communication related equipment. Responsible for repairing and maintaining of associated equipment s of the telecommunications system in the support of client operations. Proficient with HF, VHF, Satellite, Internet/Voice over Internet systems, GPS and Transponder communication systems including IVMS In Vehicle monitoring systems. Native English Speaker.
