<p>Electronic PTW (ePTW) Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth implementation of the ePTW system in areas where it has already been rolled out, as well as supporting its rollout in new areas and departments. The Electronic Permit to Work (ePTW) Administrator is responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting the electronic Permit to Work system to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient control of work activities. The role includes system administration, user support, permit workflow monitoring, training coordination, reporting, and ensuring consistent adherence to these procedures throughout the organization.</p>

The position involves managing guest check-in and check-out, handling reservations and inquiries, processing payments, responding to guest requests, and ensuring a positive guest experience in accordance with the hotel's standards and policies.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Welcome and greet guests in a warm, professional, and courteous manner.</li><li>Perform guest check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently.</li><li>Verify guest identification and registration information in accordance with hotel policies and applicable local requirements.</li><li>Handle room assignments, key cards, and guest requests.</li><li>Process cash, credit card, and other approved payment transactions accurately.</li><li>Provide guests with information about hotel facilities, services, room rates, operating hours, and local attractions.</li><li>Handle telephone calls, emails, and guest inquiries professionally.</li><li>Manage reservations, cancellations, modifications, and room availability when required.</li><li>Maintain accurate guest records and update information in the hotel's Property Management System (PMS).</li><li>Respond promptly and professionally to guest complaints and service requests, escalating issues to the supervisor or manager when necessary.</li><li>Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Food & Beverage, Security, and other departments to ensure smooth guest service.</li><li>Monitor room status and communicate relevant information to the appropriate departments.</li><li>Prepare and maintain accurate shift reports, cash reports, and other required front office documentation.</li><li>Follow hotel procedures related to cash handling, guest confidentiality, security, and emergency situations.</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area.</li><li>Promote hotel services and facilities when appropriate and support the achievement of departmental revenue targets.</li><li>Ensure compliance with hotel policies, service standards, and applicable Iraqi regulations.</li><li>Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Front Office Manager or management.</li></ul>
