Coordinates work flow for downed equipment waiting for parts to minimize backlog of work and cost to customer division. Provides direct support to internal/external customers to ensure compliance, tracking efficiency, burn rates, equipment usage and maximizing cost avoidance measures. Supervises the recovery operations of MHE, VE, CE, Heavy and Light vehicle maintenance throughout assigned area of operation. Coordinates the proper administration, maintenance and distribution of approved publications, warranty documentation, and LDD and ECOD documentation. Provides input to management for forecasting and monitoring of the stock levels for required service/repair parts and petroleum. Responsible for the accurate and timely submission of all required plans and reports. Maintains effective lines of formal and informal communication amongst all levels of management (and the customer) as required. Coordinates collection and preparation of activity reports. Supervise and coordinate all maintenance activities required per the preventive maintenance program.
