Identify Supply Chain bottlenecks and propose the way to fill in the gaps. Plan and prepare procurement actions and analyze procurement requests, identify service providers, evaluate information regarding vendor s performance regarding quality, prices delivery of equipment in respect of organizations best interests. Solicit bids or quotations, analyzing them for conformity to specified requirements, conduct appraisals and select suppliers, and confirm terms of payment. Prepare purchase orders and ensure receiving authorization by CoM, Supply Chain Officer according to the IOM Procurement Manual. Participate in the negociation ofcertain conditions of contracts in full compliance with IOM rules and regulations. Monitor that procurement transactions are tracked to facilitate timely delivery and shorter procurement lead times. Monitor that payments for goods and services ordered are made in timely manner and according to IOM Procurement guidelines. Ensure that the Goods Receipt Notes are acknowledged by the requisitioner upon services/works are rendered and/or the goods are received.</p><p>Logistics Monitor and track office supplies such as stationary and cleaning materials on a monthly basis. Prepare and submit to Finance Unit all payments related to Logistics services such as Utility Bills, Internet Bills, and Landlines Bills at the end of every month. Fleet management ensure that vehicle movement requests, both IOM and rented vehicles are supported and each vehicle has a vehicle logbook allocated. Ensure vehicle data is uploaded into the system in a timely and accurate manner to be able to generate monthly utilization and fuel consumption reports. Ensure Registration of all IOM assets and/or disposal with accordance with IOM procedures and regulations, and make sure that all the needed forms are signed by the staff upon assigning/releasing assets. Conduct and follow-up the fuel consumption for generators and track usage via log sheet. Communicate with the generators technician with regards to the generator's maintenance. Perform any other duties as assigned by Supply Chain Officer.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>University degree in Procurement, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field from an accredited academic institution with three years of relevant professional experience, or Completed High School degree from an accredited academic institution with five years of relevant professional experience. <p><h4>وصف الوظيفة</h4> <p>يؤدي فني ميكانيكا الطائرات UH-60 AM-II النطاق الكامل لصيانة الطائرات التكتيكية العسكرية ويقوم بصيانة وإصلاح واستكشاف عطل في بنية الطائرة، وموقع الهبوط، والأسطح والضوابط الجوية، ومضاد التجمد، والأنظمة الهوائية والهيدروليكية، والمحركات، ووحدة الطاقة المساعدة، وأنظمة التهوية والتدفئة.</p> <p>إزالة وتثبيت مجموعات المكونات الفرعية للطائرة ومكوناتها مثل المحركات والدورانات ونواقل الحركة والضوابط الميكانيكية للطيران ومكوناتها.<br> خدمة وتزييت الطائرة والأنظمة الفرعية.<br> إعداد آمن للطائرة للفحوصات والصيانة والخدمات.<br> أداء فحوصات مجدولة والمساعدة في إجراء فحوصات خاصة.<br> أداء فحوصات تشغيلية محدودة للصيانة وتشخيص واكتشاف أعطال أنظمة الطائرة باستخدام أدوات خاصة ومعدات فحص عند الضرورة.<br> استخدام وأداء صيانة المشغل على الأدوات والأدوات الخاصة ومعدات دعم الأرض للطائرة.<br> تطبيق خبرة فنية شاملة لحل المشكلات المتوسطة إلى المعقدة من خلال تفسير الوثائق الفنية مثل أدلة الطيران الفنية، ومعلومات الصيانة ورسائل العمل، وجميع الإرشادات الفنية المقدمة من خلال ممثلي الحكومة الرسميين.<br> الصيانة وإصلاح مكونات الطائرة بما في ذلك وليس حصراً أنظمة التحكم في الطيران، والمحركات، والهيدروليك، والهوائية، وأنظمة الوقود، والمكونات الميكانيكية.<br> تطبيق معرفة فنية بأنظمة هيكل الطائرة ومولدات الطاقة في تحديد أعطال المعدات واستخدام الخبرة المطلوبة في استعادة حالة المعدات و/أو تشغيلها.<br> المشاركة في رحلات الاختبار الصيانة وعمليات التحقق حسب الحاجة.<br> أداء واجبات أخرى حسب الطلب.</p> <h4>المتطلبات الدنيا</h4> <p>مطلوب شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها.<br> ثلاث (3) سنوات أو أكثر من خبرة في صيانة الطائرات خلال الخمس (5) سنوات الماضية على (MDS)-UH60.<br> أو رخصةFAA A&P وخبرة صيانة طائرات لمدة سنتين (2) ضمن الخمس (5) سنوات الماضية على (MDS)-UH60.<br> منشأة عسكرية أمريكية أو دورة تدريبية متخصصة مرغوبة؛ يجب الحصول على شهادة مستوى التعليم.<br> يجب أن يكون حاملاً جواز سفر أمريكي ساري المفعول لمدة سنتين عند التعيين وقادر على السفر دولياً.<br> يجب أن يكون قادراً على الحصول والحفاظ على ثقة المنشأة العامة NAC-I. <strong>ملاحظة: الجنسية الأمريكية مطلوبة للمصداقية العامة NAC-I في موقع العمل هذا.</strong><br> يجب أن يكون قادراً على استيفاء متطلبات فيزيائية CENTCOM MOD للتدريب على النشر (سيُطلب حضور CRC (DIDC)).<br> يجب أن يكون قادراً على الحصول على تأشيرة العراق.</p> <h4>المعرفة والمهارات</h4> <p>معرفة شاملة بمشاكل مكونات الطائرة الميكانيكية وإجراءات الإصلاح واستبدال القطع.<br> معرفة واسعة بتعديلات القطعة المعدنية/الهيكلية للطائرة والإصلاح.<br> معرفة أساسية بنظرية الكهرباء ومعرفة شاملة بالأدوات الفريدة للطائرة مثل معدات الاختبار، ومفكات عزم، ومؤشرات دائرية، ومكاييل، ومكابح الشعر المعدني، والقصّاصات المعدنية.<br> معرفة عملية بالمنشورات الفنية وأنظمة المعلومات اللوجستية.<br> القدرة على تحديد أولويات عبء العمل للحفاظ على الجداول في المشاريع المكلفة وقد يُطلب منه قيادة فرق من خلال مهام أكثر تعقيداً ذات صلة بالطائرة.<br> المشاركة في رحلات اختبار الصيانة وعمليات التحقق حسب الحاجة.<br> تحصيل مستوى من الخبرة لفحص جميع مهام الصيانة الهوائية المطلوبة التي يجب أن يؤديها الميكانيكيون.<br> المسؤول يحصل على التوجيه الفني، عند الحاجة، من المشرف أو فني أعلى مستوى، وسيُطلب منه أحياناً قيادة فرق من خلال مهام أكثر تعقيداً ذات صلة بالطائرة، وربما يُطلب منه إجراء إدخالات في سجلات الطائرات.</p> <h4>المتطلبات الفيزيائية / بيئة العمل</h4> <p>يجب أن تكون قادرًا على المشي والوقوف على الأسطح المستوية و/أو المائلة لفترات طويلة طوال اليوم.<br> يجب أن تكون قادرًا على صعود السلالم والمرتفعات والسلالم والمواقف العمل.<br> يجب أن تكون قادرًا على الانحناء، والزحف، والإمساك بالأشياء، واستخدام براعة الأصابع، وثني الكوع/الركبة، والوصول فوق/تحت الكتفين.<br> قد يُطلب رفع أشياء ثقيلة قد يتجاوز وزنها 50 رطلاً.<br> يجب أن تكون قادرًا على الطباعة باستخدام لوحة مفاتيح قياسية للتواصل عبر البريد الإلكتروني وتطبيقات البرمجيات المختلفة.<br> سيتعامل مع أجزاء متسخة ومواد تشحيم.<br> سيُطلب ارتداء معدات الحماية الشخصية (PPE) المناسبة.<br> يجب أن تكون قادرًا على اجتياز فحص التنفس واختبار القناع الواقي من الاستنشاق.<br> قد يُطلب تشغيل مركبات وقود، وآلات، وأدوات يدوية، ومعدات دعم أرضي، وبرّاد، إلخ.<br> يجب أن تكون قادرًا على رفع/دفع/سحب الحد الأدنى 50 رطلًا.<br> قد تعمل في ورشة الصيانة أو في الخارج.<br> يجب أن تكون قادرًا على العمل في ورشة حيث البيئة متهدّمة، وصاخبة، ومتسخة.<br> قد تتعرض لضجيج شديد من معدات التشغيل.<br> قد تتعرض لصعقات كهربائية أو العمل قرب أجزاء ميكانيكية متحركة أو مركبات.<br> قد يُتوقع منك العمل في بيئات قاحلة وفي جميع الأحوال الجوية.</p></p><p></p>
