عام.</p><p>يضم الفندق أكثر من 300 غرفة فندقية ومطاعم متعددة. يجب أن يتمتع المدير العام بالقدرة القيادية وخبرة الضيافة ذات الصلة المطلوبة لإدارة عمليات فندق كبير مع الحفاظ على معايير الخدمة من فئة الخمس نجوم.</p><p>المهام والمسؤوليات</p><p>تتضمن مهام ومسؤوليات المدير العام ما يلي، على سبيل المثال لا الحصر:</p><p>1. إدارة الفندق</p><p>· إدارة العمليات اليومية الشاملة للفندق.</p><p>· إثبات القدرة على إدارة فندق خمس نجوم يضم أكثر من 300 غرفة.</p><p>· ضمان تنظيم وإدارة عمليات الفندق بشكل صحيح.</p><p>· تنسيق عمل أقسام الفندق.</p><p>· التأكد من التزام جميع الأقسام بمعايير الضيافة والخدمة من فئة الخمس نجوم.</p><p>· مراقبة الأداء التشغيلي واتخاذ الإجراءات المناسبة عند الحاجة.</p><p>· ضمان التواصل والتنسيق الفعال بين مديري الأقسام.</p><p>2. إدارة الغرف</p><p>· الإشراف على إدارة وتشغيل أكثر من 300 غرفة للضيوف.</p><p>· مراقبة عمليات الغرف وضمان حصول الضيوف على تجربة لائقة بفئة الخمس نجوم.</p><p>· ضمان التنسيق الفعال بين الأقسام المشاركة في عمليات الغرف.</p><p>· متابعة متطلبات الضيوف واهتماماتهم وجودة الخدمة.</p><p>· التأكد من أن غرف الضيوف والخدمات ذات الصلة تلبي المعايير المطلوبة للفندق.</p><p>3. إدارة المطاعم</p><p>· الإشراف على عمليات مطاعم الفندق المتعددة.</p><p>· ضمان التنسيق الفعال بين إدارة المطاعم وأقسام الفندق الأخرى.</p><p>· مراقبة عمليات المطاعم ومعايير الخدمة.</p><p>· التأكد من أن كل مطعم يقدم تجربة احترافية للضيوف من فئة الخمس نجوم.</p><p>· متابعة المتطلبات التشغيلية والأداء في جميع المطاعم.</p><p>4. إدارة الموظفين</p><p>· قيادة والإشراف على فريق إدارة الفندق.</p><p>· التأكد من أن مديري الأقسام يفهمون مسؤولياتهم بوضوح.</p><p>· مراقبة أداء الموظفين في جميع أنحاء الفندق.</p><p>· تعزيز العمل الجماعي والمساءلة والمهنية ومعايير الخدمة العالية.</p><p>· دعم الإدارة الفعالة وتطوير موظفي الفندق.</p><p>5 خدمة الضيوف</p><p>· التأكد من حصول الضيوف على خدمات احترافية وعالية الجودة.</p><p>· مراقبة رضا الضيوف ومعالجة الشكاوى أو المخاوف.</p><p>· الحفاظ على وجود إداري مهني ومرئي داخل الفندق.</p><p>· ضمان التعامل مع مخاوف الضيوف بشكل فوري ومناسب.</p><p>· تعزيز ثقافة عمل تركز على الضيوف في جميع أنحاء الفندق.</p><p>6 تقارير الإدارة</p><p>· مراقبة الأداء التشغيلي العام للفندق.</p><p>· إعداد وتقديم التقارير الإدارية حسب الحاجة.</p><p>· عقد اجتماعات دورية مع مديري الأقسام.</p><p>· تحديد التحديات التشغيلية وتنفيذ الحلول المناسبة.</p><p>· تزويد الإدارة بتحديثات تتعلق بعمليات الفندق وأدائه.</p><p>7 مسؤوليات أخرى</p><p>· تمثيل الفندق باحترافية عند التعامل مع الضيوف والأطراف الأخرى.</p><p>· الحفاظ على سرية معلومات الفندق والضيوف.</p><p>· أداء أي مهام أخرى تتعلق بوظيفة المدير العام.</p><p>8 الإدارة المالية والتقارير</p><p>· تحمل المسؤولية الكاملة عن الأرباح والخسائر وإعداد الميزانيات التشغيلية السنوية، وتوقعات الإيرادات، ومقترحات النفقات الرأسمالية.</p><p>· مراجعة النتائج المالية الشهرية، والتدفق النقدي، وهوامش الأقسام، وفروقات الميزانية؛ وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية عند الحاجة.</p><p>· قيادة استراتيجيات المبيعات والتسعير والتوزيع لتحسين نسب الإشغال، ومتوسط سعر الغرفة اليومي (ADR)، والإيرادات لكل غرفة متاحة (RevPAR).</p><p>· التحكم في الرواتب، والمشتريات، والمخزون، والنفقات التشغيلية ضمن الميزانيات المعتمدة والسلطة المفوضة.</p><p>· تقديم التقارير للمالكين حول الربحية، وأداء الغرف والمطاعم، ورضا الضيوف، والتوظيف، والمخاطر الرئيسية، والتقدم معايير الخمس نجوم.</p><p> </p><p>المؤهلات والخبرة</p><p>· شهادة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في إدارة الضيافة، ماجستير في إدارة الأعمال (MBA) أو مجال ذي صلة.</p><p>· خبرة لا تقل عن سبع سنوات ذات صلة في إدارة الضيافة أو الفنادق أو مجال ذي صلة.</p><p>· خبرة إدارية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات.</p><p>· إثبات القدرة على إدارة فنادق 5 نجوم.</p><p> </p><p><strong>متطلبات اللغة</strong></p><p>· <strong>الكردية: </strong>مستحسنة ولكنها ليست إلزامية.</p><p>· <strong>العربية:</strong> مطلوب إجادة مهنية في التحدث والكتابة.</p><p>· <strong>الإنجليزية:</strong> مطلوب إجادة مهنية في التحدث والكتابة.</p><p>· يجب أن <span>الغرض من الوظيفة: مدير أمن الموقع (SSM) مسؤول عن إدارة جميع حراس الثابتين وتنفيذ جميع إجراءات التشغيل القياسية الأمنية الخاصة بالعمليات الثابتة.<br> يشرف على جميع متطلبات وتدابير الأمن لدعم الشركة وموظفي الشركة وعملياتهم وتُلبّى بشكل يومي وبناءً على الحاجة.<br> يضمن إجراء العمليات الثابتة وفقاً لتوجيهات وإجراءات الحكومة العراقية، والعميل، وإرشادات وتوجيهات Control Risks.<br> المهام والمسؤوليات: أداء جميع الواجبات دعمًا لمدير السلامة والإشراف PSM/SM التعاقدي.<br> إدارة جميع أفراد حراسة الثابتة.<br> مسؤول عن الجاهزية ونشر قوة الحراسة الثابتة.<br> الإشراف وتنسيق جميع أنشطة الحراسة الثابتة دعمًا لعمليات الشركة بشكل يومي و“عند الطلب” الحفاظ على اتصالات مستمرة مع SCCC.<br> التأكد من حفظ جميع سجلات التدريب والموظفين لكافة أفراد الحراسة الثابتة.<br> الاستجابة للاتصالات والطوارئ والمهام حسب الحاجة.<br> التأكد من تنفيذ جميع استراحات الحراسة الثابتة ونمط الإجازات المرضية بشكل دوري.<br> تطوير إجراءات الإبلاغ عن حوادث الأمن بما يتوافق مع متطلبات الشركة.<br> الإدارة الشاملة لأمن الموقع ونظم السلامة لتحديد أي قصور.<br> المشاركة في وتنسيق الاستجابة الأمنية للاتصالات الطارئة.<br> توفير المساعدة والدعم لـ APT عند الحاجة.<br> ضمان تقييم وصيانة دقيقة للسجلات على قاعدة بيانات التدريب وإنتاج تقارير وفق ما هو موصوف في توجيه التدريب.<br> تاريخ الإغلاق التقديم: الإثنين، 20 يوليو 2026 تاريخ البدء: 01 أغسطس 2026 التناوب: 6 أسابيع عمل / 6 أسابيع راحة الراتب: سيتم مناقشته خلال المقابلة *للمتقدمين داخلياً فقط* المعرفة والخبرة: أساسي 6 سنوات خدمة عسكرية/شرطة تراكمية أو ما يعادلها من خبرة الأمن التجاري وإدارة المخاطر.<br> خبرة سابقة لمدة سنتين في العمل بالعراق لصالح PSC مسجلة لدى MOI.<br> إثبات الكفاءة لأقل من سنة في دور إدارة عمليات PSC سابق.<br> حضور واجتياز دورة قيادة وتقود من ضباط الصف العسكرية المعترف بها دولياً، مثل دورة قيادات كتائب الجيش البريطاني (أو أعلى).<br> يفضل خبرة APT تشغيلية في العراق أو بيئة مشابهة خبرة في الأمن وإدارة المخاطر المعرفة والتعرض لقطاع النفط والغاز</span> </div>
