Working within a five-star hotel with more than 300 guest rooms and multiple restaurants, the manager will lead sales</p><p>activities, manage marketing campaigns, develop commercial partnerships, and strengthen the hotel’s market position.</p><p>Duties and Responsibilities</p><p>The Sales and Marketing Manger’s duties and responsibilities shall include, but are not limited to, the following:</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>1.&nbsp; Sales Strategy and Business Development</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Prepare and implement the annual sales and marketing plan, aligned with the hotel’s revenue targets and business objectives.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Identify new business opportunities across corporate, leisure, group, and long-stay customer segments.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Develop relationships with companies, travel agencies, tour operators, embassies, government entities, and international organizations.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
