Job Summary: Responsible for the overall supervision and management of OPD Reception, Appointments and Switchboard Staff in the Hospital/Center. Manage the day-to-day operations of the administrative, non-clinical activities in the Out-Patient Department to ensure the provision of quality services and the attainment of the Hospital/Center and Departmental goals and objectives.
