<p>The commercial Team Leader (TL) supports and assists the Regional Security and Operations Manager (RSOM), Southern Iraq in the day-to-day management of region-wide commercial operations and specified projects. Tasks and responsibilities Operational Responsibilities Ensure that all HQ teams meet operational and training standards with assistance from the training team and that the team is fully compliant with Control Risks Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). They manage teams of technicians or operators, maintain equipment, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) standards.
