<h4>Job purpose</h4>
<p>Define piping design bases, codes, standards, and deliverables to ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective solutions.<br>
Single point of contact for piping deliverables and activities related to piping materials.<br>
Interface with client, vendor, and other stakeholders for successful execution of the project.<br>
Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams (process, mechanical, civil, electrical, instrumentation) and vendors to ensure integrated piping systems.<br>
Mentor engineers, drive quality, and ensure schedule adherence for piping deliverables across project phases.</p>

<p><h4>Essential responsibilities:</h4>
<p>Aerostat operators/user-level maintainers will participate in the overall, hands-on operation of the aerostat system including launch, in-flight, recovery, and moored activities.</p>
<p>Candidates will perform all functions to operate the Persistent Ground Surveillance System (PGSS) and Persistent Threat Detection System (PTDS), an aerostat mounted Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) platform, its Mobile Mooring Platform (MMP), sensor payloads, communications and navigation systems, as well as associated support equipment including boom lift, forklift, all-terrain vehicles (ATVs), and electrical power generators.</p>

Temperatures can reach 120-130 degrees Fahrenheit (50-55 degrees Celsius) during the summer months.</p>
<p>Employees must be willing and able to perform regular job requirements in this austere, extreme environment, as well as willing and able to deploy to CENTCOM, EUCOM, and AFRICOM for extended periods.</p>

Providing leadership and mentorship to the TMO team, Under close supervising the day-to-day operations for the Technical Operations team, ensuring adherence to quality standards.</p> <p>2. Manage and optimize Microwave Networks (Multi vendor), Ensure customer incidents and outages assigned are successfully and quickly resolved, diffused, or escalated</p> <p>3. Coordinate Microwave & SDH maintenance and change related activities in cooperation with the MS vendor, on-ground teams, and organize scheduled and planned CR routines.</p> <p>4. Controlling and managing operations project budgets to ensure financial efficiency. And drive business case creation, revenue modelling, and CAPEX/OPEX projections for variant tasks and projects.</p> <p>5. Liaise with Procurement, engineering, legal, and financial audit teams to ensure end-to-end solution readiness and compliance, Lead multi-vendor frameworks and negotiations, project delivery assurance, and technical compliance.</p> <p>6. Actively adhere to the Code of policies, procedures and processes to ensure the highest standards are maintained,. Provide leadership in all fiber technical issues; ensure employees are aware of business compliance requirements.</p> <p>7. Drive the vendor management for the designated vendor group mainly on the Huawei Managed service models, monitor performance, develop relationships with key contacts (internally and externally) and hold regular feedback meetings with these stakeholders</p> <p>8. Governing & maintain existing databases, files, and records for purposes of network design, fiber optimization, and relocation of fiber facilities.</p> <p>9. Develop and maintain vendor management scorecards & risk plans for the designated vendor group as per procedure. </p> <p>10. Collaborate with engineering teams to plan the expansion, upgrade, and optimization of the Microwave network (Mainly Huawei and Nokia MW). </p> <p>11. Manage deployment vendors/contractors deliverables and assist with quality assurance and Conduct a certification testing of the new links and equipment, accurately document measurements and placement,</p> <p>12. Conduct feasibility studies, evaluate network capacity, and identify areas for network improvement.</p> <p>13. <section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles & Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p>Under the supervision of the Fire Chief, the Deputy Fire Chief responsible for Fire Station daily operations to ensure personnel are well-trained and capable to perform their duties effectively and on short notice. Select and guide firefighters to perform as expected when called upon and will continually assess their readiness and performance. This assessment will maintain daily awareness of fire inspections, fire services, inspection and testing of fire protection and alarm systems, firefighter training, and fire drills.</p><p>Manage installation FES to include maintaining operating instructions, Master Plan, Standards of Coverage, manpower, equipment and supplies. Develop and implement plans to cover for reduced operational capabilities; response, staffing, pollution prevention, safety of personnel, operational risk Manage compliance self-inspection program IAW Army Installation Command checklist ensuring requirements contained in Amy Regulation 420-1. Performance Work Statement, DoDI 6055.6 are continually maintained. Manage and participate in the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, and priorities for assigned programs; recommend and administer policies and procedures; oversee and participate in the development of new fire ordinances. Provide 24/7 FES to the installation. Services include on-scene incident management, aircraft rescue and firefighting, structural firefighting, response to hazardous materials, technical rescue to include auto extrication and confined space rescue and emergency medical services support. Monitor and evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery methods and procedures; recommend, within company policy, appropriate service and staffing levels. Plan, direct, coordinate, and review the work plan for fire service staff; assign work activities, projects, and programs; review and evaluate work products, methods, and procedures. Meet with staff to identify and resolve problems. Select, train, motivate, and evaluate fire service personnel. Provide or coordinate staff training. Work with employees to correct deficiencies. Implement discipline and termination procedures. Ensure that equipment, safety clothing, apparatus, and supplies are specified, purchased, received, distributed in an effective and consistent Performs Job Duties as assigned.</p></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><h2>Qualifications</h2><p>Minimum Qualifications:</p><p>Education/Certifications: One year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required. An Associate s or higher degree in fire technology (Preferred)</p><p>Must be a U.S Citizen</p><p>Active or ability to obtain a Secret Clearance</p><p>Must be CAC eligible and/or able to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC)</p><p>Licenses/Certifications: Fire Officer IV, Fire Instructor II, Fire Instructor III, Fire Inspector II; HAZMAT Incident Commander, Airport Fire Fighter certifications required</p><p>Must meet training and certification requirements outlined in DOD 6055.06</p><p>Required to have IFSAC or ProBoard certification</p><p>Experience: Ten years fire protection experience</p><p>Five years supervisory experience in related position</p><p>Supervisory/ Budget Responsibilities: Review programs of the Assistant Fire Chief of Operations/Training. Respond and direct F&ES personnel at emergencies. Manages large department with multiple fire stations geographically dispersed and large number of personnel. Manages significant annual budget and also vehicle replacement programming and facility improvement planning.</p><p>Skills: Must have experience directing firefighting operations to include fighting aircraft and structural fires, performing rescue services, and responding to hazardous materials incidents, medical emergencies, and confined space rescues. Knowledge of the chemistry of fire, preventive maintenance and operations of firefighting and rescue equipment, physical and chemical properties of combustible materials and building structures and their component systems. Experienced in managing fire prevention and protection plans and programs. Previous knowledge to act for the Fire Chief during his absence. Assumes complete charge of operations in absence of Fire Chief at crashes, fires, emergency situations, and at other times. Directs activities and personnel, transmitting instructions to Assistant Chiefs on the scene or other personnel as to the procedures to be followed contingent on complexity of the incident type. Must also have experience at management of self-inspection and compliance measurement programs</p><p>Working Conditions: Must be capable of working in an extreme weather conditions with temperatures exceeding 120 degrees Fahrenheit. Indoor and/or outdoor environment with very adverse and harsh conditions (i.e., hot, dry, duty, desert environment with average temperatures of 30 degrees in the winter and 130 degrees in the summer months). Includes some industrial production environment conditions as well. Work is performed in a standard office with frequent travel to various locations to attend meetings and/or perform Department activities in responding to emergency scenes, disasters, or critical incidents; the employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts; occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions and wet and/or humid conditions; occasionally works in high, precarious places; occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, extreme heat, risk of electrical shock, risk of radiation, and vibration; the noise level in the work environment is usually moderate; however, the noise level is occasionally very loud due to sirens, etc., wear protective apparel including goggles, face protector, aprons, safety shoes, and self-contained breathing apparatus; incumbents may be required to work extended hours including evenings and weekends.</p><p>Physical Requirements: Light work. Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Work may require heavy lifting, stooping, climbing, prolonged standing, prolonged sitting, and working with or in areas where a potential could exist for exposure to physical, chemical, or biological agents.
