<p>The commercial Team Leader (TL) supports and assists the Regional Security and Operations Manager (RSOM), Southern Iraq in the day-to-day management of region-wide commercial operations and specified projects. The commercial TL has a major impact on how potential clients assess the capabilities of Control Risks and as such is responsible for setting and maintaining the highest standards of team presentation and capability. The commercial TL will be supporting an international client base that spans across oilfield services, seismic exploration, infrastructure, diplomatic and financial services sectors. Tasks and responsibilities Operational Responsibilities Ensure that all HQ teams meet operational and training standards with assistance from the training team and that the team is fully compliant with Control Risks Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Ensure the teams display client etiquette, discipline and Control Risks low-profile approach whilst maintaining a high standard of team presentation. Responsible for the professional delivery of operational briefs to both Armed Protection Teams (APTs) and client staff when appropriate. Understanding of Iraq s geo-political landscape and Control Risks wider operations. Assist in the conduct of risk assessments and operational planning. Conduct venue and route surveys, security reviews and be able to produce bespoke reports. Plan and execute tasks to remote areas and locations outside normal area of operations. Provide cover to the project armed protection team contingent as and when required. Management Responsibilities To conduct certifiable instruction in all relevant operational and medical team requirements in accordance with current Control Risks training directives. Responsible for deputising in the absence of DOM South, assisting with the coordination of all operational activity within the region ensuring business continuity to the operations department. Work closely with the operational management team to assist with the delivery of regional operational activities as required, including APT QA/QCs, by the organisational quality management system. Work closely with the operational management team and regional departments to assists with all new commercial team mobilisations in support of operational requirements To ensure that the HQ teams conducts effective administration to include vehicle maintenance, equipment husbandry / accountability and reports and return. Responsible for the oversight and enforcements of HSE standards across HQ teams.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 4 years military, armed police service or equivalent.</li><li>Minimum of 3 years Iraq APT operational experience as a Team Leader in Iraq.</li><li>Minimum of 1 years APT operational experience in southern Iraq.</li><li>FREC/FPOS/AoFAQ medical qualification.</li><li>Minimum security licensing SIA (frontline) close protection qualified.</li><li>Competent and confident in the use of Microsoft Office products.</li><li>Attendance on an internationally regarded military Non-Commissioned Officer or similar organisational command and leadership course such as the British Army Section Commanders Battle Course (or higher).</li><li>Previous experience working within southern headquarters and an understanding of existing department roles.</li><li>Previous experience operating in the wider Iraq environment.</li><li>Security and risk management certification.</li><li>HSE qualification.</li><li>Certified training instructor CTTLS, PTLLS or equivalent BTEC.</li></ul>

<p>We are seeking a Senior Site Electrical Engineer to join our team for an ongoing project in Iraq.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Bachelor s Degree in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of relevant site experience. Good experience in electrical installation, execution, testing and commissioning, including LV systems, lighting, power and electrical infrastructure. Good experience in Low Current / ELV systems, including Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control, Data and other related systems. Ability to review drawings, coordinate with other disciplines, resolve site technical issues, supervise subcontractors, and monitor progress, quality and compliance with project specifications. <p><h4>Program logistics and property manager</h4> <p>The program logistics and property manager will be primarily based in Baghdad, Iraq. The logistics and property manager will manage all supply chain services, including acquisitions, receiving, stocking, inventorying, issuing, and shipment of goods, utilizing resources to accomplish operational requirements.
