<h4>Job purpose</h4>
<p>The field doctor reports to the lead doctor and is responsible for supporting the delivery and coordination of field medical services, including occupational health, emergency preparedness, and medical response activities. The role supports patient care activities in the field, including emergency and trauma response, while ensuring effective medical readiness and timely support for site operations. The field doctor also participates in HSE inspections, safety and health activities, and contributes to the implementation of occupational health and hygiene programs.</p>
<p>The position works closely with site management, HSE teams, and contractors to support medical coverage, emergency response capability, and overall workforce health and safety within the field environment.</p>
<h4>Duties and responsibilities</h4>
<ul>
<li>Implement the primary health care program for all personnel and deliver hygiene quality assurance on behalf of IFMS in the Majnoon Oil Field.</li>
<li>Ensure effective management of all medical operations in MFD for primary occupational health, emergency and trauma care.</li>
<li>Draft and maintain all procedures and health documentation for the IFMS function in line with international standards and local legislation.</li>
<li>Ensure effective implementation of health requirements in MFD for both staff and contractors.</li>
<li>Prepare activity plans to accomplish all work required by the field procedures and ensure sufficient manpower utilization for work execution.</li>
<li>Ensure GLMS systems are maintained with up-to-date FTW information.</li>
<li>Follow up on HRA with SMEs and relevant parties to ensure that all control measures are implemented, maintained, and reviewed periodically.</li>
<li>Implement an FTW program by giving the required advice and ensure that all employees in the field are physically and mentally fit for their work requirements and support business based on outcomes of fitness to work assessment plan.</li>
<li>Set and implement the RTW policy in accordance with IFMS standards and local legislation and provide the required support to all staff and contractors.</li>
<li>Provide guidance and enable the emergency and occupational health training for medical staff and other BOC assignees as well as medical service providers.</li>
<li>Support the implementation of the Facilities HACCP program within the field through monthly inspections and follow-up of actions for both facilities and contractors.</li>
<li>Ensure continuous communication internally with departments, external clients, government, and private health institutes to provide effective support for the business.</li>
<li>Ensure the effective implementation of MERP including bridging requirements for contractors.</li>
<li>Effectively coordinate MEDIVAC procedures with insurance companies, ER companies, and management.</li>
<li>Follow up MEDIVAC cases ensuring all medical aspects are well covered, followed, and closed.</li>
<li>Manage all aspects of third-party medical services.</li>
<li>Implement and update a medical case action tracker to ensure effective close out of all cases.</li>
<li>Support the tendering process by evaluating the contractor’s health systems.</li>
<li>Support the RFCE process and ensure that all contractors are ready to mobilize.</li>
<li>Review contractor’s documentation ensuring that all are compliant with MFD standards.</li>
</ul>
<h4>Qualification & training requirements</h4>
<ul>
<li>MBChB - Bachelor degree in medicine or equivalent.</li>
<li>BLS or ALS or ITLS certification.</li>
<li>Professional Health Care Council registrations.</li>
</ul>
<h4>Experience</h4>
<ul>
<li>Experience in medical operations, emergency response support, healthcare administration, or related activities, preferably in industrial or remote-site environments.</li>
<li>Basic knowledge of HACCP principles and food safety requirements, with experience supporting food safety and health compliance activities being an advantage.</li>
<li>Good understanding of and demonstrable hands-on experience in all functional aspects of emergency and occupational health and hygiene including HRAs, FTW & FTR, HACCP, water and food safety, communicable disease and preventive medicine, employee support, ergonomic quick scan, health system management, external and internal communications, contractor management, emergencies and MERP management as well as expert in providing health advice and services.</li>

<p><b>Title:</b></p><br><br>Lead Interface Engineer<br><br><p><b>Job Description</b></p><br><br><p>Division: CSSP (Ratawi Hub – Iraq) </p><br><br><p>Direction : IM</p><br><br><p><b>Job title: Lead Interface Engineer</b></p><br><br><p><b>Situation in organization</b></p><br><br><p>Within the Project Organization, the Lead Interface Engineer is reporting to the Interface Manager</p><br><br><p>Job Location(s): CPP Office (Abu Dhabi, UAE) during Detailed Engineering Phase / SITE (Iraq) during Construction Phase</p><br><br><p><b>Job dimensions</b></p><br><br><p>The Lead Interface Engineer shall assist the Interface Manager on the following:</p><br><br><ul><li>take care of the overall Management of interface and data changes between stakeholders of the Common Seawater Supply Project, and provide advice on any schedule & commercial issues arising from such interfaces and changes</li><li>ensure that Interfaces Management procedures are in place and that EPC and other contractors implement the required interface management system throughout the project duration</li></ul><p>The Lead Interface Engineer is anticipated to start early 2026 and will be based in Abu Dhabi (UAE).</p><br><br><p><b>Activities</b></p><br><br><p>The job holder shall assist the Interfaces Manager:</p><br><br><ul><li>with the support of the Project Management Consultant, define, implement and maintain the methodology/procedure to be applied and the corresponding database to be created, to ensure a clear and accurate identification and management of interfaces. This procedure will be as efficient and simple as possible and will be used throughout the life of the project and shall be applied by the different entities/ Contractors.</li><li>Management of interface and change data between parties, monitor and control interface and change issues, in order to resolve interface and change issues in a timely and organised manner according to the project interface and change control procedures.</li><li>Attend major interface meetings, internal and external with other entities of CSSP Project, Contractor representatives, Vendors, TotalEnergies specialists, Partner’s experts, etc. Lead interface and other technical meetings as required.</li><li>Ensure that HSE requirements are systematically considered all along the interface management process and in particular that interfaces are properly addressed during HAZID/HAZOP/PTR project audits.</li><li>Consolidate and advise the Project Director and Technical and Project Control Managers of any risks specially schedule & commercial issues arising from interfaces and changes. Shall be the coordinator of the Management of Change, providing the justification through all disciplines of the change. Ensure complete documentation of all changes, and communication of these in compliance with the processes agreed with BOC and regulatory authorities.</li><li>Preparing technical papers to support management positions for clarifications / decisions with regulatory authorities of host countries, other entities or partners.</li><li>Ensure that EPC Contractor implements required interface management system & resources and monitor throughout the project duration that EPC Contractor honours its responsibilities as defined in the project interface procedure.</li><li>Ensure the implementation of interface changes/optimisations resulting from negotiations of the external interfaces.</li><li>Together with Project Management Consultant, ensure design consistency and continuity throughout the facilities.</li><li>Avoid change orders and delays caused by interface issues; ensure timely follow-up of interface issues.</li><li>Assist the Project Management Consultant, prior to and during construction phase, by anticipating operational interfaces with other parties (clashes or conflicting program).</li><li>In case of SIMOPS (phased delivery of the plant): propose solutions and participate to definition and resolution.</li></ul><p><b>Context and environment</b></p><br><br><br><p>Basrah Oil Company (BOC) is undertaking the Seawater Treatment Facilities (STF) project to provide treated seawater to the oil fields in southern Iraq (for injection). The STF will be located on the west side of the Khor Al Zubair, upstream of the port of Umm Qasr and will have the following key components:</p><br><br><ul><li>Site development and non-process facilities.</li><li>Ancillaries and buildings.</li><li>Seawater intake and outfall structures.</li><li>Material off-loading facility.</li><li>Seawater clarification, filtration and deoxygenating processes.</li><li>Chemical addition systems.</li><li>Shipping pumps.</li><li>Power Generation.</li><li>Utilities.</li></ul><p>FEED was completed (June 2016) with Phase 1 capacity of 7.5 million barrels of water per day (MMBWPD) of treated seawater, with a subsequent Phase 2 of 5 MMBWPD for a total buildout capacity of 12.5 MMBWPD. The project was placed on hold upon the completion of FEED.</p><br><br><p>In 2018 BOC launched a call for tender on the FEED, but instructed bidders to reduce capacity to 5.0 MMBWPD, with provision for a future addition of 2.5 MMBWPD for a total build-out phase of 7.5 MMBWPD.</p><br><br><br><p><b>Accountabilities</b></p><br><br><ul><li>Accountable for the interfaces and MoC, being internal (between units, disciplines, PMT, One Tech and Specialists) or external (between other CSSP Projects, Contractors, COMPANY, etc…). The job holder coordinates all interface and MoC matters, protecting the WI Project and COMPANY’s position with regards to all external interfaces and to internal interfaces between Contractors, and ensuring that changes are evaluated and executed for the overall benefit of the Project.</li><li>Accordingly, the job holder shall make the necessary coordination between all involved Contractors/parties and Company Teams and implement an agreed interface management procedure and methodology. She/He shall ensure the proper and timely follow-up and resolution of interfaces issues between the various involved parties documents. Human and Technical Resources
• Ensures that subordinate Sections have the necessary and appropriate number of staff to provide the services and tasks within airside operations, and that they have received training on the competencies and skills required for their functions;
• Determines and evaluates that the Sections within ASO Department have the necessary number and type of equipment required for operational tasks, that they are properly maintained, and that they are in good and safe operating condition;
• Plans, coordinates and supervises the execution of all operational activities within the ASO Department, including AMG, SST, PEL and WLS Sections;

Planning and Programmes
• Develop, implement and maintain the ASO Manuals and all associated airside standard operational procedures (SOPs), in compliance with ICAA ICAR 12, ICAO Annex 14 SARPs, and KIA requirements; ensure periodic review, update and formal approval of all operational documents.
• Coordinate the preparation, review and approval of all ASO SOPs, and Work Instructions (WIs) for all sections (AMG, SST, PEL and WLS), ensuring alignment with the AOM and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain the ASO Annual Training Programme, covering initial qualification, recurrent and competency-based training for all ASO staff, including airside safety, airside driving, wildlife hazard management and standards, in compliance with ICAA and ICAO SARPS.
• Prepare and maintain the Airside Contingency Plan covering abnormal and disrupted airside operations scenarios, including runway and taxiway closures, FOD events, wildlife strikes, and airside emergencies; ensure alignment with the Airport Emergency Plan (AEP) and that all ASO staff are trained on their respective roles and procedures.
• In coordination with the E&M Department, support the development of the ASO Equipment and Vehicle Maintenance Plan, defining preventive maintenance schedules, inspection cycles and replacement planning for all ASO operational equipment, airside vehicles and specialist tools assigned to the department.

• Develop, implement and review airside operational manuals, procedures and instructions to ensure safe and efficient airside operations at KIA.
• Develop and implement airside operational procedures in compliance with ICAA ICAR 12 and other applicable regulations, and ICAO Annex 14 SARPS;
• Manage and oversee all airside driver´s and vehicles permits licensing and activities, ensuring compliance with ICAA requirements and applicable airside regulations.
• Manage the Wildlife Hazard Management Programme in accordance with ICAA reegulations and ICAO Doc 9137 Part 3, ensuring effective control of wildlife hazards on and around KIA airside area.
• Oversee and monitor all the activities and airside works performed by contractors or subcontractors on the airside, providing escort whener required and necessary;
• Liaise with the GHS Department, any other ground service providers, airlines, and other airside stakeholders, ensuring alignment with airside regulatory requirements and operational standards.
• Develop and monitor airside operational performance metrics, KPIs and service level indicators, ensuring continuous improvement in airside safety and operational efficiency.
• Participate in and support the airport committees established by ICAA and/or defined by ICAO, contributing as a subject matter expert on airside operations matters;

<p><h4>Program logistics and property manager overview</h4>
<p>The program logistics and property manager will be primarily based in Baghdad, Iraq. The logistics and property manager will manage all supply chain services, including acquisitions, receiving, stocking, inventorying, issuing, and shipment of goods, utilizing resources to accomplish operational requirements. The logistics and property manager will report to program management to manage multiple geographical sites and functions to support critical client mission activities of this contract. The logistics and property manager is specifically accountable for proactively identifying, analyzing, and correcting systemic performance concerns, and for providing structured performance briefings to the program manager and business group vice president to ensure sustained contract compliance and mission readiness.</p>

Experience working within Wells teams would be considered beneficial.<br> o Strong knowledge of QAQC and management systems.<br> o Strong knowledge of DS-1 and its implementation and use.<br> o Sound Knowledge of NDT processes and types. (MPI, UT, LPI etc)<br> o Strong knowledge of API standards and implementation.<br> o Familiar with surface wellhead systems. Strong knowledge preferred.<br> o IRCA lead auditor qualification.<br> o Excellent interpersonal skills.
