<p><h4>Duties</h4>
<p>Provide information and materials to these divisions as necessary to ensure adequate and legal documentation.<br>
Ensure Property Department compliance with Property Management and Control Procedures.<br>
Conduct random compliance audits on all sites/departments in Iraq.<br>
Develop and execute corrective action plans for audit deficiencies and inventory accountable property.<br>
Mentor lower-level Property Staff and custodians in proper process and procedures as they relate to Government Property.<br>

Work closely with Property Custodians to ensure overall accountability of assets.<br>
Track and record movement of all types of Government property. This includes movement from one point to another within a contractor’s facility, movement between facilities for any purpose, and protection during movement.<br>
Conduct country-wide property training on a yearly basis as well as establish training plans for new hire employees and refresher training.<br>
Ensure compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Statement of Work (SOW), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).<br>
Develop processes and desktop procedures to maintain continuity of job performance.<br>
Audit logs and status records to ensure completion of lost, damaged, or destroyed items.<br>
Check LTDD packages for accuracy and completion.<br>
Perform additional duties and projects as qualified to perform as assigned.<br>
Responsible for maintaining a safe workplace and ensuring that safety is the highest priority in the workplace.<br>
Comply with all Environmental Health & Safety and Quality Assurance requirements and goals.</p>
<h4>Required</h4>
<p><strong>Minimum acceptable experience level:</strong> Five years’ experience with overseas Government contracts. Department of State contracts strongly preferred.</p>

<p><strong>Education:</strong><br>

Possessing a Moderate Risk Public Trust (MPRT) or be able to obtain a favorable MPRT certification prior to being hired is required.</p>

<p>This position may be in an environment with harsh and dangerous working and living conditions. Temperatures can reach 120-130 degrees Fahrenheit (50-55 degrees Celsius) during the summer months. Employees must be willing and able to perform regular job requirements in this austere, extreme environment, as well as willing and able to deploy to Iraq for extended periods. Work schedules are a minimum of six days per week and 10 hours per day, while some jobs have higher daily and weekly minimums. Employees must be willing and able to perform physical activities including, but not limited to, heavy lifting and moving of items, parts, assemblies, and equipment up to the safety regulation maximum; climbing in and out of equipment; crawling; and working outdoors. The role will be responsible for managing financial crime risks across <strong>AML, Sanctions, Anti-Bribery & Corruption, and Fraud</strong>, while ensuring strong governance, regulatory alignment, and effective implementation of Group FCC policies and standards.</p><br><br>

<p>Support the coordination of mission wide data collection and field monitoring activities, ensuring alignment with approved project documents, Results Monitoring Frameworks (RMFs), donor requirements, and IOM monitoring standards. Contribute to the implementation of monitoring plans, including RMFs, indicator tracking tools, roles and responsibilities matrices, and data collection plans, in line with IOM Results Based Management (RBM) principles. <p><h4>Duties</h4>
<p>The operations manager will be based at the Baghdad Embassy Compound (BEC) site in Iraq and serve the operations and maintenance support services (OMSS) contract in support of the U.S. Department of State. This position will be responsible for taking ownership of the site operational responsibilities to include directing the daily performance of the organization, planning, scheduling, and training processes to meet the requirements of the contract. This position will report to the OMSS program manager. The duties and responsibilities listed below are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all inclusive.</p>

Provide expert support for the development of an operational PSEAH Work Plan, in line with IOM and United Nations (UN) strategic frameworks, and in coordination with the global PSEAH Unit, Regional PSEAH Officer, and senior management in IOM Iraq.</p><p>2. Ensure the inclusion of PSEAH within the IOM Iraq’s Country Strategy, Crisis Response Plans/Migrant Response Plans or other appeals as appropriate; ensure SEAH risks are considered in the risk register of the mission and that PSEAH is mainstreamed in project proposal development, programming, monitoring and evaluation and budgeting; develop PSEAH programming and liaise with relevant donors.</p><p>3. <p>Amentum is seeking a Welder to support maintenance and repair of various naval vessels such as 60-meter Offshore Support Vessels (OSV), 35-meter Patrol Boats (PB), 26-foot Defender Class, and Rigid Hull Inflatable Boats (RHIB). This position supports the Iraq Vessel Maintenance and Repair (VMR) program. This position is for a full-time, in-country position. The work location will be at the Iraqi Naval Base in the port of Umm Qasr, Iraq. Essential responsibilities and daily duties will include:</p><p>Perform various welding and structural repair tasks, including modifications, and fabrications to ensure the structural integrity of the naval vessels. Collaborate and coordinate with key members of the VMR support team to effectively plan, execute, and report tasking associated with OSV, PB and Defender class, and RHIB vessels to include the industrial manager, site manager, project manager, and other technical support personnel. Provide technical expertise to ensure the successful completion of all welding performed onboard OSV, PB and Defender class, and RHIB vessels. Identify all issues that impact safety, quality, or task schedules and notify the Industrial Manager, site manager, and project manager. Provide recommendations to the Industrial Manager, site manager, and project manager to mitigate identified issues. Develop solutions or recommendations to minimize system/equipment downtime and collaborate with both the customer and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Assess work requirements to identify the parts and materials needed. Perform installation and configuration of equipment as required. Ensure that the equipment is properly installed, configured to perform optimally, and inspected for any defects. Participate in required meetings including weekly teleconferences and Work Definition Conferences with program stakeholders. Comply with all Contract Deliverable Requirement List (CRDL) requirements.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>High School Diploma or GED equivalent.</li><li>Six (6) years of progressive experience is required in servicing ship or submarine systems, including the planning of field services.</li><li>Four (4) years of that experience is required to have been obtained in welding aboard ships or similar materials (aluminum and steel).</li><li>Must have specialized training in welding and understand implementation of various types of Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) and Objective Quality Evidence (OQE) in use for welding applications.</li><li>Ability to work independently and in a team environment.</li><li>Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.</li><li>Must be proficient in English.</li><li>Ability to travel CONUS and OCONUS.</li><li>Ability to obtain a country clearance and base pass authorization.</li><li>Note: US citizenship is required.</li><li>Ability to possess an active passport at least two years after arrival in Iraq.</li></ul><p>Preferred Qualifications : Foreign Military Sales experience.</p>
