<p><h4>Duties</h4>
<p><strong>Responsible for maintaining a safe workplace and ensuring that safety is the highest priority in the workplace.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Comply with all Environmental Health & Safety and Quality Assurance requirements and goals. Provide information and materials to these divisions as necessary to ensure adequate and legal documentation.</strong></p>

<h4>Required</h4>
<p><strong>Minimum acceptable experience level:</strong> Two (2) years’ experience with horizontal earthwork and material handling equipment including forklifts, cranes, loaders, bulldozers, skid steers, and semi-tractor trucks.</p>
<p><strong>Knowledge, skills, and abilities:</strong></p>

<p><strong>Education:</strong> A high school diploma or GED.</p>
<p><strong>Passport, licenses and certifications:</strong> As part of pre-contingency requirements, by the time the visa process starts, candidates must possess a valid passport with a minimum of 18 months remaining to expiration date with 8 blank pages. Valid drivers’ license from home of record.</p>
<p><strong>Security vetting:</strong> Already possess a US Government issued security clearance or Moderate Risk Public Trust (MRPT) or be able to obtain a favorable MRPT certification or US Government clearance prior to being hired is required for the position. Must maintain eligibility at the required certification or clearance level for the duration of the contract.</p>
<p><strong>Language skills:</strong> Satisfactory English proficiency to meet job requirements and to adhere and comply with safety, health, and security measures.</p>
<p><strong>Medical:</strong> Successfully complete and pass the medical and dental examinations as required by Amentum and our customer for deployment to Iraq. Must maintain physical and dental requirements for duration of deployment.</p>

Employees must be willing and able to perform regular job requirements in this austere, extreme environment, as well as willing and able to deploy to Iraq for extended periods.</p>
<p>Work schedules are a minimum of 6 days per week and 10 hours per day, while some jobs have higher daily and weekly minimums. Employees must be willing and able to perform physical activities including, but not limited to, heavy lifting and moving of items, parts, assemblies, and equipment up to the safety regulation maximum; climbing in and out of equipment; crawling; and working outdoors. This includes being able to lift and carry 40 pounds of personal protective equipment for extended periods of time and being capable of running and ‘duck & cover’ during emergencies without putting oneself or others at risk.</p></p><p></p>

<p>Aerostat operators/user-level maintainers will participate in the overall, hands-on operation of the aerostat system including launch, in-flight, recovery, and moored activities.</p>
<p>Candidates will perform all functions to operate the PGSS/PTDS, an aerostat mounted intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) platform, its mobile mooring platform (MMP), sensor payload(s), communications and navigation systems as well as associated support equipment (boom lift, forklift, all terrain vehicles (ATVs), and electrical power generators).</p>
<p>Candidate will perform user-level maintenance functions including performing hands-on preventative maintenance checks and services (PMCS), troubleshooting, removing and replacing line replaceable units (LRUs), and removing and replacing payloads.</p>
<p>Candidate must possess a diverse range of skills with the ability to quickly adapt to new situations. Tasks will be performed under direction of higher classified technicians and/or site personnel.</p>

<li>Two years of hands-on experience in performing operations and maintenance tasks either on an aerostat system or a related industry/military equivalent is required.</li>
<li>Must be qualified at the 10 series or greater level (via military or civilian technical schools) is required.</li>
<li>Ability to read electronic schematics.</li>
<li>O&M of electro-mechanical equipment to include one or more of the following:

<span>Job Purpose The Branch Operations Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily operational activities of the branch, including receiving and distributing shipments, assigning and following up with delivery representatives, completing daily financial settlements, handling returned shipments, and coordinating with the main center.<br> The role ensures that branch operations are organized, shipments and cash collections are properly controlled, and daily operational records are accurate and complete.<br> The position requires a hands-on individual with experience or exposure to warehouse, logistics, delivery, or distribution operations.<br> Key Responsibilities - Receive incoming shipments and mail at the branch on a daily basis and ensure they are properly recorded and handled.<br> - Sort and distribute shipments to delivery representatives according to assigned delivery areas.<br> - Assign and organize delivery zones and routes among delivery representatives based on daily operational requirements.<br> - Supervise and follow up on the daily activities of delivery representatives.<br> - Monitor pending, delayed, returned, or undelivered shipments and follow up on their status.<br> - Conduct daily financial settlements with delivery representatives and verify collected amounts against delivery records.<br> - Arrange and send collected funds and financial settlements to the main center in accordance with company procedures.<br> - Receive returned and reverse shipments at the branch and coordinate their daily transfer to the main center.<br> - Handle financial settlements with the company's merchants/customers when required and ensure that the relevant records are accurate.<br> - Maintain proper organization of shipments within the branch and support warehouse control activities.<br> - Ensure shipments are stored, handled, and transferred correctly to minimize loss, damage, or operational errors.<br> - Maintain accurate daily records related to incoming shipments, outgoing shipments, returns, deliveries, and financial settlements.<br> - Coordinate with the main center regarding shipment status, returns, operational issues, and other branch requirements.<br> - Report delivery issues, discrepancies, missing shipments, cash differences, or other operational problems to the Operations Manager.<br> - Ensure delivery representatives and branch staff follow company procedures and operational requirements.<br> - Support the overall organization, cleanliness, and security of the branch and warehouse area.<br> - Perform other operational duties assigned by management as required.<br> - High school diploma, diploma, or bachelor's degree in a relevant field.<br> - Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, delivery, distribution, or similar operational environment is preferred.<br> - Basic understanding of warehouse operations and shipment handling processes.<br> - Ability to supervise, coordinate, and follow up with delivery representatives and operational staff.<br> - Good organizational and time-management skills.<br> - Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and general data entry.<br> - Ability to handle cash settlements and maintain accurate financial and operational records.<br> - Good communication and problem-solving skills.<br> - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple daily operational tasks.<br> - Ability to identify and report operational discrepancies and issues.<br> - Responsible, organized, trustworthy, and attentive to detail.<br> Preferred Candidate Profile The ideal candidate has practical experience or exposure to warehouse, logistics, delivery, or distribution operations and is ready to take on supervisory responsibility for the daily activities of a branch.<br> Extensive management experience is not required.<br> Candidates who have previously worked as a Warehouse Officer, Warehouse Assistant, Logistics Officer, Dispatcher, Delivery Coordinator, Operations Officer, or similar operational role may be suitable if they demonstrate strong organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to supervise day-to-day branch activities effectively.<br></span> </div>
<p>Reports to the Nominated Project Maintenance Supervisor. As directed, leads or carries out maintenance of field instrumentation such as field measuring & indicating devices transmitters, control valves, emergency shutdown valves, motor operated valves, flame sensors and vibration probes loading arm instruments, gas & steam turbine, compressor and burner management instrumentations system to retain them in functional and good operating order for reliable performance with minimum or no supervision. Ensures compliance with PPM requirements and prepares records of validation/calibration data and details of maintenance activities carried out. Guide instrument technicians for effective execution of jobs in time and achieving appropriate standard of work. Communicates with supervisor, maintenance technicians, and operations and provides feedback on job progress. Evaluates and reports on maintenance needs and priorities in his area of responsibility. Reviews work notifications, manages work orders and provides details of maintenance activities. Leads diagnosis and repair of faults & breakdowns and reports operational and functional problems to supervisor and carries out remedial action under supervisor s direction. Participates in acceptance tests of new and upgrade systems, identifies deficiencies and provides punch list. Compiles and submits reports on incidents and failure investigations as and when required. Conduct toolbox meeting with other technicians and insist on strict adherence to Project safety rules. Ensures safety of personnel and equipment through compliance with company s Environmental Health and Safety policies, procedures and standards. Job Specific Requirements: Well versed in techniques and devices used for measurement of different process variables such as flow, temperature, pressure, density and level. Good knowledge and troubleshooting of pneumatic, hydraulic, electronic and digital instrumentation systems. Good knowledge in vibration measurement, burner management, gas turbine control & compressor anti-surge control instrumentation. Should be able to understand Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams, Process Flow Diagrams, Loop Drawings and Cause & Effect, Function Block & Ladder Logic Diagrams. Installation, calibration, testing and commissioning of instrumentation in a diversified oil & gas processing, LNG or petrochemical plant. Good knowledge of gas turbine Speedtronic Mark V& VI control, Bentley Nevada Vibration, compressor anti-surge control (CCC). Triconex & standalone PLC, Distributed Control and Emergency Shutdown Systems would be advantageous.
