<p>The civil construction lead is responsible for leading and coordinating civil construction activities across assigned projects and work fronts, ensuring safe, compliant and efficient execution in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, project requirements, schedule, quality standards and HSE requirements. <span>Job Description: Maintenance Supervisor – Water Cup Production Line Department: Engineering and Maintenance Industry: Packaged Water / Water Cup Manufacturing Employment Type: Full-time Number of Vacancies: 1 Reports To: Factory Manager / Operations Manager Direct Reports: Senior Maintenance Technicians and Mechanical Maintenance Technicians Preferred Nationality: Indian/Iranian Job Purpose Lead the maintenance function for high-speed thermoforming/Form-Fill-Seal water cup production lines.<br> The Maintenance Supervisor will develop maintenance plans, manage the technical team, respond hands-on to major breakdowns, improve machine reliability, and ensure critical spare parts are available.<br> Key Responsibilities Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, preventive, and shutdown maintenance plans.<br> Assign maintenance activities and supervise their safe, timely completion.<br> Lead troubleshooting during major breakdowns and recurring machine failures.<br> Conduct root-cause analysis and implement permanent corrective actions.<br> Reduce unplanned downtime and improve equipment reliability and availability.<br> Coordinate maintenance schedules and machine interventions with production.<br> Prepare maintenance checklists, SOPs, equipment histories, and technical reports.<br> Monitor equipment condition and recommend repairs, overhauls, or replacements.<br> Develop critical spare-parts lists for the complete production line.<br> Forecast spare-parts requirements and establish minimum and maximum stock levels.<br> Monitor spare-parts consumption, failure frequency, and component service life.<br> Prepare accurate technical specifications for purchasing spare parts and services.<br> Evaluate the technical suitability of proposed replacement components.<br> Train senior technicians, mechanical technicians, and selected production employees.<br> Ensure compliance with safety, food-hygiene, and lockout/tagout requirements.<br> Maintain proper housekeeping and tool control during maintenance activities.<br> Required Technical Experience Candidates must have direct, hands-on experience maintaining thermoforming/FFS machines that form, fill, and seal water cups, including: Plastic-film feeding, tracking, and tension control Heating and thermoforming stations Forming molds, vacuum systems, and cooling arrangements Water-filling mechanisms, nozzles, pumps, and volume adjustment Lid-film feeding and alignment systems Heat-sealing temperature, pressure, and timing control Cutting, punching, and cup-discharge systems Pneumatic cylinders, valves, regulators, and air preparation Bearings, chains, sprockets, timing belts, shafts, and gearboxes Linear guides, conveyors, lubrication systems, and machine alignment Mechanical synchronization of high-speed production equipment Experience with Thermonox, Beta-Pak, or technically similar high-speed machines is strongly preferred.<br> Required Qualifications Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, or a related discipline.<br> Minimum 7–10 years of relevant maintenance experience.<br> Demonstrated supervisory experience in a production environment.<br> Strong mechanical troubleshooting and root-cause-analysis ability.<br> Ability to prepare preventive maintenance plans, SOPs, checklists, and reports.<br> Working knowledge of maintenance KPIs, downtime analysis, and spare-parts control.<br> Ability to read mechanical drawings, manuals, parts diagrams, and specifications.<br> Willingness to work hands-on and respond to breakdowns outside normal hours when required.<br> Critical Selection Requirement General maintenance experience alone is not sufficient.<br> Candidates whose experience is limited to bottled-water filling lines, RO plants, automotive maintenance, building maintenance, utilities, or unrelated factory equipment will not qualify unless they also have substantial direct experience with thermoform/FFS water cup production machines.<br></span> </div>

Review Contractor inspection and test reports. Review all project Electrical & Instrumentation and Telecom, HVAC, Fire and Gas Documentations such as ITP, Procedure, MS, Specification, Data Sheets, etc. Inspection of all project Ex certified (ATEX) electrical, instrumentation, telecom, Fire and Gas, HVAC equipment as per IEC 60079. Inspection and testing of LV & HV, control, instrumentation, telecom’s cabling, glanding, termination, etc. Inspect and monitor Installation of the switchboard, distribution board, telecom cabinet, ladder rack, cable trays, heat tracing, CCTV, earthing, glanding & termination, cathodic protection Inspection of the electrical & instrumentation equipment and telecom, HVAC, Fire & Gas i.e. cable tray, junction box, smoke & heat detector, speakers, lighting & small power, panel, motor, transformer, heat tracing systems, navigational aids, UPS, tubing, pressure, level, temperature transmitter. Join line walk and identify and close punch items Work closely and maintain ongoing communication with Contractors Quality Control Representatives. Pre-installation checks, installation compliance, pre-commissioning checks and associated risks with each of these areas and ensure problem areas are identified, reported and closed out. Ensure non-conformances are reported in accordance with procedures. Prepare weekly Quality Control status reports and submit to line manager Implement QA/QC activities including Contractors/ sub-contractors works in accordance with approved QCP/ ITPs related ITRs and Procedures, method statements and other contract documents. Prepares and sign off applicable RFI records for quality surveillance / inspections/ tests Confirm testing parameters are duly recorded and signed off and that testing equipment is calibrated. Witness procedures, tests and certify the results. Issue Flash Report daily or as agreed with line manager Play an active role in the development of the safety culture on the project, making safety a natural part of all work performed.
