<p>The Program Logistics and Property Manager will manage all supply chain services, including acquisitions, receiving, stocking, inventorying, issuing, and shipment of goods, utilizing resources to accomplish operational requirements. The Logistics and Property Manager will report to Program Management to manage multiple geographical sites and functions to support critical client mission activities of this contract. The Logistics and Property Manager is specifically accountable for proactively identifying, analyzing, and correcting systemic performance concerns, and for providing structured performance briefings to the Program Manager and Business Group Vice President to ensure sustained contract compliance and mission readiness.</p><p>The additional duties and responsibilities listed below are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all-inclusive:</p><p>DUTIES:</p><ul><li>Ensure proper material controls are in place, and operations are following established Scope Of Work (SOW), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and Occupational, Health and Safety Administration (OSHA) standards.</li><li>Establish and maintain department performance baselines and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all logistics and property functions; manages schedules and prepares status reports to brief program stakeholders of performance, compliance, and anticipated gaps.</li><li>Proactively escalate emerging performance risks and negative trends to the Project Manager and Business Group Vice President through structured weekly and monthly briefings, ensuring leadership visibility and enabling timely corrective intervention.</li><li>Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.</li><li>Collects, analyzes, and summarizes data for report preparation and submits written reports.</li><li>Prepare and deliver structured quarterly performance briefings to the Project Manager and Business Group Vice President covering KPI status, trend analysis, corrective actions in progress, workforce performance metrics, and forecasted risks to logistics operations at BEC.</li><li>Conduct formal Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring logistics failures or chronic performance shortfalls; develop, implement, and track written Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) with defined milestones, responsible parties, and completion timelines; report CAP status to Program Management at defined intervals.</li><li>Direct the work of a diverse employee population assigned to the program.</li><li>Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.</li><li>Identify chronic under-performance within the department workforce; <p><h4>Job Description</h4>
<p>The quality construction inspector will support the U.S. Department of State contract in Iraq. Under specific direction, the inspector will apply knowledge and experience of facility systems in the construction and modification of horizontal and vertical applications and support services for LCC department. They will demonstrate knowledge of setting and meeting key performance indicators, to include the verification of compliance metrics in preliminary laydown, during construction phases and then final and acceptance inspections, utilizing the framework Amentum standards, OBO and DoS policies and regulations, local and international construction codes and standards (ICCS).</p>

We provide total safety management support services on site, in areas of safety H2S, HSE, training, rental of safety equipment, service and maintenance of equipment.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Job Description</strong></p><p>• Conduct well site survey for offshore, onshore installations, prepare schematics of both gas detection and breathing air cascade system, Installation of fixed-point sensors, wireless gas detection based on client well plan.</p><p>• Supervise the H2S Unit / Container installation at the site and rig up/ setting up all necessary fixed or remote gas detection systems, alarms and ensure their safety aspects.</p><p>• Continuously monitor all the H2S equipment, the gas detection system and H2S alarm control panel on the site</p><p>• Maintain, Service and Testing of all in-house and client equipment to ensure they are in ready-to-go state.</p><p>• Trouble shoot, repair, test, and commission the full range of safety equipment in the field.</p><p>• Monitor and record H2S gas concentration on various activities such as Well Test Operations, Sour gas flaring, Coring, DST, TCP operations.</p><p>• Gas sampling such as H2S, LEL, CO2, SO2 and other gases if and as required.</p><p>• Conduct On site H2S Safety Induction, trainings, conduct emergency safety drills and ensure personnel proficiency in usage of the Breathing Equipment.</p><p>• Prepare site specific H2S induction training if required by Client.</p><p>• Participate safety meetings and toolbox talks.</p><p>• Participate in STOP card & NUHS programme</p><p>• Prepare Contingency Plans, Emergency Response Plan, Equipment maintenance report on equipment and internal audits.</p><p>• Discuss the observations and areas of improvements with onsite HSE and Company’s representatives.</p><p>• Conduct regular Simulated Drills (i.e.H2S Drills, Man Down Drill, Muster Drill as per Company’s guidelines and schedules.</p><p>• Supervise the emergency situations because of H2S release, provide recommendations to handle the situations and suggest the best practice methods to work under mask to control the situations for different operations e.g. well control etc.</p><p>• Prepare and submit the field Rutledge ISO reports on inspections, repairs, calibrations, testing, training records, inventories, drills etc. to Company representative and operations manager as required.</p><p>• Assist in confined space entry & gas testing.</p><p>• Prepare and submit the Customer Satisfaction Quality Questionnaire.</p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p>· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas), Geology/Geophysics or equivalent.</p><p>· Preferable with 2-5 years working experience in the oil & gas industry or petrochemical facilities.</p><p>· Previous work experience as an offshore rig personnel such as electrical, drilling, mudlogging or safety is a definite advantage.</p><p>· Candidates without prior experience but have worked in drilling well sites or petrochemical facilities are welcome to apply.</p><p>· Able to stay at Client’s well sites for an extended duration.</p><p>· A positive attitude with good problem-solving skills, creativity, displaying initiative and willing to work in a multi-cultural environment.</p><p>· Capable of representing Company before Clients and for business development.</p><p>· Bilingual in English and Arabic.</p>
