<p><span>• Monitor risk metrics, KRIs, KCIs, operational losses, incidents, and audit findings, ensuring timely resolution and escalation where required. </span></p><br><br>
<p><span>• Support internal and external audits, regulatory reviews, governance forums, and risk committees. </span></p><br><br>
<p><span>• Partner with business, operations, compliance, audit, and risk stakeholders to drive risk awareness, control effectiveness, and continuous process improvement. </span></p><br><br>
<p><span>• Oversee regulatory change implementation, vendor risk governance, and risk-related projects within the country. </span></p><br><br>

<p><h4>Job description</h4>
<p>The non-destruction inspection technician (NDI) II inspects aerospace weapon systems components and support equipment for structural integrity using nondestructive inspection methods and performs fluid analysis.</p>
<p>Determine test method and prepare fluids and parts for nondestructive inspection.<br>
Interpret nondestructive inspection test results and provide information about defects to repair center.<br>
Analyze wear metal content reports on engine lubricating oil and other fluids and recommend corrective action.<br>
Establish radiation areas for radiographic operations.<br>
Compute and monitor personal exposure areas for radiographic operations, and monitor personnel exposure data.<br>
Perform nondestructive inspection on structures, components, and systems.<br>
Detect flaws such as cracks, delaminations, voids, processing defects, and heat damage using penetrant testing, eddy current, magnetic particle, radiographic, optical, and ultrasonic test equipment.<br>
Determine metallurgical information of components according to alloy, temper, conductivity, and associated factors.<br>
Operate, maintain, and inspect nondestructive equipment.<br>
Perform operator maintenance and service inspections on shop equipment and tools.<br>
Ensure lock out and tag out procedures are accomplished prior to maintenance on equipment.<br>
Perform silver recovery functions.<br>
Handle and dispose of hazardous waste and materials.<br>
Perform other qualified duties as assigned.</p>
<h4>Minimum requirements</h4>
<p>High school diploma or equivalent required.<br>
U.S. military technical school or specialized training course is desired, certification of education level is required.<br>
Completion of an initial nondestructive inspection level II training course and current basic qualification.<br>
Three (3) or more years’ experience as an aviation inspector and a minimum of one year experience on the assigned (MDS) airframe (UH60, AH64, CH47).<br>
Shall be trained and qualified per NAS 410 or ASNT-CP-189 to the level assigned.<br>
Must be in possession of a U.S. passport with 3 years of validity remaining at the time of hire and be able to travel internationally.<br>
Ability to obtain and maintain a US government security clearance, NAC-I T1 public trust. US citizenship is required to obtain a T1/CAC NACI clearance.<br>
Able to clear CENTCOM medical requirements for deployment.<br>
Ability to obtain and maintain Iraq visa.</p>
<h4>Knowledge and skills</h4>
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in the maintenance, modification and repair of tactical aircraft systems of the type being serviced and their associated components (UH60, AH64, CH47).</li>
<li>Have the skills and knowledge to set up and standardize equipment, conduct tests, interpret and evaluate for acceptance or rejection, and document.</li>
<li>Thoroughly familiar with the scope and limitations of the technique/method in which they are certified.</li>
<li>Capable of providing the necessary guidance and supervision to trainers and Level I personnel in the technique/method in which they are certified.</li>

<li>Capable of developing written instructions from approved general procedures. Such instructions shall require final approval by a Level III.</li>
<li>Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, electronic, hydraulic and pneumatic systems or other technology as applicable to fabrication, repair, operation and maintenance requirements.</li>
<li>Efficient in record keeping and preparation of reports; capable of reviewing other people's work and determining accuracy and conformity to standards.</li>
<li>Proficient in the use of the Unit Level Logistics System-Aviation Enhanced (ULLS-AE), the current maintenance management system utilized to maintain Army aircraft forms and records.</li>
<li>Comprehensive knowledge of aircraft mechanical component troubleshooting/repair procedures and replacement of components.</li>
<li>Thorough knowledge of aircraft sheet metal/structural modification and repair and the ability to determine functionality of non-complex electrical systems.</li>
<li>Detailed knowledge of aircraft unique tools such as test equipment, torque wrenches, dial indicators, micrometers, cable tensiometers, sheet metal brakes and shears, etc. is required.</li>
<li>Ability to provide technical support to structural/mechanical engineers and customers.</li>
<li>Excellent organizational skills in prioritizing workload to meet aircraft delivery schedule.</li>

<p>The Senior Corrosion Engineer will support the delivery of corrosion and materials engineering activities as part of a broader asset integrity management programme for major oil and gas operating assets. The role will be responsible for undertaking corrosion assessments, supporting integrity studies, developing technical deliverables and providing engineering expertise to multidisciplinary teams involved in the operation and maintenance of oil and gas facilities. Responsible for the supervision of an assigned aircraft or structural firefighting crew on an alternating shift, supervising all assigned crew members in fire ground situations as well as the performance of care and maintenance of apparatus and equipment as defined in the current task order, Performance Work Standard (PWS), and as directed by Vectrus. Responsible for implementing and maintaining all fire protection services related functional standards within their assigned department IAW the Statement of Work. Implements the Fire Chief’s comprehensive firefighting program at the assigned installation to ensure compliance with AR 420-1, Army Facilities Management, Chapter 25, Fire and Emergency Services, Local work instructions, and National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Guidelines. Performs required operators maintenance and tests on rescue tools and saws, ground ladders, fire hose, ropes, harnesses and hardware; serviceable inspections of firefighters’ protective firefighting clothing; and enforces mandated standards for a respiratory protection program for self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA). + Participates in career and proficiency training programs designed to increase technical proficiency of firefighters. Provide and conducts scheduled training as prescribed by the Fire Chief’s Annual Training Plan and as scheduled by the Assistant Fire Chief. + When first to arrive on-scene, serves as the incident commander of a fire/crash scene until relieved by the Assistant Fire Chief. Determines the best course of action to minimize loss or damage from fires or explosions. Directs the placement of firefighting equipment and personnel to ensure maximum utilization in fire control of aircraft crash/rescue operations. Assesses the fire scene/emergency situation to facilitate fire/rescue operations and to brief the Assistant Fire Chief upon arrival. + Leads and directs assigned firefighting crew to provide safe and proper rescue operations of endangered persons. Ensures rescue operations are performed in accordance with established policies and procedures and minimize the risk of additional danger to firefighting personnel and endangered persons. Employs firefighting measures to minimize the loss or damage as a result of fire or explosions. Responds to hazardous material incidents; leads operations level actions, as directed by the Assistant Fire Chief, to establish control of the affected area with minimal risk to response + As required and/or assigned, oversees fire alarm communication center operations to ensure all firefighting equipment and personnel are dispatched as required. Ensures that the communications center is manned at all times during the shift. Oversees the checkout of communications equipment at the beginning of the shift. As necessary, details additional personnel in case of short staffing. Maintains constant contact with the communications center during real world emergencies or fire drills. + Ensures the maintenance of reference materials such as the NFPA Standards, IFSTA Training Manuals, Lesson Plans, and reviews and provides input to work instructions pertaining to the operations, training, and communications sections of the department. + Performs mid-level supervisory personnel management responsibilities. <p>HAMAP-Humanitaire (HH) is a French NGO founded in 1999 and active in humanitarian mine action in multiple countries. HH is currently developing its Mine Action programme in the Middle East in line with its mandate to reinforce local and national actors and ensure safe, responsible, and context-sensitive humanitarian action. HH has been working in Iraq since 2016, focusing on strengthening local and national partners. HH initially delivered IED-clearance training to local authorities in Sulaymaniyah and Erbil. From 2019 to 2025, HH supported a local Iraqi NGO through a long-term partnership aimed at improving organizational and technical capacity, resulting in the implementation of EORE, NTS, and Clearance operations in Ninewa Governorate, particularly in Sinjar District, clearing more than one million square meters of land. Since September 2025, HH has launched MIRATH in southern Iraq. MIRATH (Mesopotamia Initiative for Rehabilitating Archaeological Tourism and Heritage) aims to support the Iraqi Civil Defense in Dhi Qar Governorate through training and equipment, enabling clearance of at least two million square meters of archaeologically sensitive land contaminated with explosive ordnance. The project is implemented in partnership with the Iraqi Directorate of Mine Action (DMA) under the Ministry of Environment and in close coordination with the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Antiquities at central and governorate levels. Given the project context and the sensitivity of operating within or near major archaeological and World Heritage-related landscapes, HH must ensure that mine action activities are planned and implemented in a way that protects cultural heritage values and supports responsible site management. In accordance with UNESCO-endorsed and ICOMOS-referenced methodology for World Heritage contexts, a Heritage Impact Assessment (HIA) is required to establish baseline knowledge, identify attributes related to Outstanding Universal Value (OUV), assess risks and impacts, and define proportionate avoidance, mitigation, and monitoring measures prior to and during operations. Against this background, HH seeks the services of an Archaeologist / Heritage Specialist to conduct a UNESCO-aligned HIA for at least one priority site, including Eridu, Kisiga (Tell Al-Lahm) and Tell Zaid, and to provide technical guidance to integrate heritage protection into clearance planning and quality management. Specifically, the assessment will aim to: Establish a robust heritage baseline for the site, with specific reference to attributes conveying its Outstanding Universal Value (OUV); Assess potential direct, indirect, cumulative, and accidental impacts of planned mine action activities on the site s authenticity, integrity, and wider setting. Ensure that clearance operations are planned and implemented in a manner fully respectful of internationally recognized cultural heritage protection standards Define practical and proportionate avoidance, mitigation, and monitoring measures to prevent or minimize adverse impacts on archaeological remains; and Support the integration of heritage-sensitive requirements into operational planning, quality management, and field implementation of humanitarian mine action activities. Develop a chance-find procedure adapted to humanitarian demining operations in archaeological contexts, including procedures for suspected archaeological remains, human remains, associated artefacts, structural remains, and other culturally or legally sensitive finds.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Advanced university degree (Master's or PhD) in Archaeology, Cultural Heritage Management, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of professional experience in archaeology and/or heritage management (or equivalent demonstrated expertise relevant to the assignment scope). Proven experience conducting Heritage Impact Assessments (or closely comparable heritage assessment studies) in complex operational contexts. Strong knowledge of UNESCO World Heritage processes and ICOMOS HIA guidance, including OUV-based assessment logic. <p>The program logistics and property manager will be primarily based in Baghdad, Iraq. The logistics and property manager will manage all supply chain services, including acquisitions, receiving, stocking, inventorying, issuing, and shipment of goods, utilizing resources to accomplish operational requirements. The logistics and property manager will report to program management to manage multiple geographical sites and functions to support critical client mission activities of this contract. <p>The Program Logistics and Property Manager will manage all supply chain services, including acquisitions, receiving, stocking, inventorying, issuing, and shipment of goods, utilizing resources to accomplish operational requirements. The Logistics and Property Manager will report to Program Management to manage multiple geographical sites and functions to support critical client mission activities of this contract. The Logistics and Property Manager is specifically accountable for proactively identifying, analyzing, and correcting systemic performance concerns, and for providing structured performance briefings to the Program Manager and Business Group Vice President to ensure sustained contract compliance and mission readiness.</p><p>The additional duties and responsibilities listed below are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all-inclusive:</p><p>DUTIES:</p><ul><li>Ensure proper material controls are in place, and operations are following established Scope Of Work (SOW), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and Occupational, Health and Safety Administration (OSHA) standards.</li><li>Establish and maintain department performance baselines and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all logistics and property functions; conduct monthly trend analysis to proactively identify and address performance degradation before it impacts the Embassy mission at BEC.</li><li>Ensure equipment and material shipments are actively tracked and provide timely updates to Program Management, Operations, Construction, and other stakeholders as required to ensure all delivery delays are monitored and adjusted for.</li><li>Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports to brief program stakeholders of performance, compliance, and anticipated gaps.</li><li>Proactively escalate emerging performance risks and negative trends to the Project Manager and Business Group Vice President through structured weekly and monthly briefings, ensuring leadership visibility and enabling timely corrective intervention.</li><li>Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.</li><li>Collects, analyzes, and summarizes data for report preparation and submits written reports.</li><li>Prepare and deliver structured quarterly performance briefings to the Project Manager and Business Group Vice President covering KPI status, trend analysis, corrective actions in progress, workforce performance metrics, and forecasted risks to logistics operations at BEC.</li><li>Conduct formal Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring logistics failures or chronic performance shortfalls; develop, implement, and track written Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) with defined milestones, responsible parties, and completion timelines; report CAP status to Program Management at defined intervals.</li><li>Direct the work of a diverse employee population assigned to the program.</li><li>Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.</li><li>Identify chronic under-performance within the department workforce; develop and execute Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) with documented benchmarks, supervisory oversight, and outcome tracking to restore performance standards and prevent recurrence.</li><li>Ensures that common supplies, materials, equipment, and services are procured from local and regional supply markets to the maximum extent practicable.</li><li>Maintain effective, timely, and respectful communication and interaction with other employees and managers and support other organizations.</li><li>Additional tasks and special projects as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Ten (10) years progressive experience, including staff management, in a high volume, multi-unit receiving/inventory or supply management environment.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to achieve high standards of customer service while representing the Company to customers.</li><li>Demonstrated experience establishing, implementing, and managing formal performance improvement programs that address department deficiencies, restore contract compliance, and sustain corrected performance over time.</li><li>Experience with supply chain management (SCM) systems particularly in relation to accurate inventory management.</li><li>Experience developing, implementing, monitoring, evaluating, and driving the adoption of logistics processes as prescribed in the operations plan.</li><li>Experience in working independently with various functions and disciplines of supply chain and operations.</li><li>Experience with Business Intelligence and Data Analysis, and research using the MS Office Suite of programs.</li><li>Knowledge of ALL principles and processes involved in operating and supporting supply chain functions at a large-scale overseas facility.</li><li>Knowledge of the FAR and industry leading practices regarding government property.</li><li>Ability to clearly and concisely articulate services/requirements in writing.</li><li>Successful management of multiple sites in geographically dispersed locations operating in an environment of constant change.</li><li>Experience in effectively dealing with international and headquarters staff, and sensitivity to other cultures.</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and administrative details in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.</li><li>Ability to develop, monitor, and present department performance metrics using data-driven methods; demonstrated experience conducting trend analysis and presenting findings with actionable recommendations to senior program leadership (PM and VP level).</li><li>Knowledge of corrective action plan (CAP) development, implementation, and tracking methodologies applicable to government property and logistics programs operating under FAR-based contracts in high-security, overseas environments.</li><li>A high school diploma or GED. An undergraduate degree is preferred but can be replaced with additional years of Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain Management, Government Property Administration, or a similar discipline preferred.</li><li>Valid drivers license from Home of Record.</li><li>NPMA Certification or ability to obtain within one year.</li><li>CPPA (Certified Professional Property Administrator)</li><li>Previous out of home country experience and previous work experience in harsh environmental conditions are a plus.</li><li>Experience working with Amentum</li><li>Experience working with MAXIMO and/or AMRO systems.</li><li>Valid passport with a minimum of 18 months remaining until the expiration date with 8 blank pages.</li><li>Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret US Government Clearance.</li><li>US Citizenship is required to obtain a Secret Clearance.</li><li>Expert professional, oral and written English communication skills to present, facilitate and disseminate information.</li><li>Successfully complete and pass the medical and dental examinations as required by Amentum and our customer for deployment to Iraq. Must maintain physical and dental requirements for duration of deployment.</li></ul>
