<h4>Job purpose</h4>
<p>The field doctor reports to the lead doctor and is responsible for supporting the delivery and coordination of field medical services, including occupational health, emergency preparedness, and medical response activities. The role supports patient care activities in the field, including emergency and trauma response, while ensuring effective medical readiness and timely support for site operations. The field doctor also participates in HSE inspections, safety and health activities, and contributes to the implementation of occupational health and hygiene programs.</p>
<p>The position works closely with site management, HSE teams, and contractors to support medical coverage, emergency response capability, and overall workforce health and safety within the field environment.</p>
<h4>Duties and responsibilities</h4>

<li>Implement the primary health care program for all personnel and deliver hygiene quality assurance on behalf of IFMS in the Majnoon Oil Field.</li>
<li>Ensure effective management of all medical operations in MFD for primary occupational health, emergency and trauma care.</li>
<li>Draft and maintain all procedures and health documentation for the IFMS function in line with international standards and local legislation.</li>
<li>Ensure effective implementation of health requirements in MFD for both staff and contractors.</li>
<li>Prepare activity plans to accomplish all work required by the field procedures and ensure sufficient manpower utilization for work execution.</li>
<li>Ensure GLMS systems are maintained with up-to-date FTW information.</li>
<li>Follow up on HRA with SMEs and relevant parties to ensure that all control measures are implemented, maintained, and reviewed periodically.</li>
<li>Implement an FTW program by giving the required advice and ensure that all employees in the field are physically and mentally fit for their work requirements and support business based on outcomes of fitness to work assessment plan.</li>
<li>Set and implement the RTW policy in accordance with IFMS standards and local legislation and provide the required support to all staff and contractors.</li>

<p>Basrah Oil Company (BOC) is undertaking the Seawater Treatment Facilities (STF) project to provide treated seawater to the oil fields in southern Iraq (for injection). The STF will be located on the west side of the Khor Al Zubair, upstream of the port of Umm Qasr and will have the following key components:</p>

<p>FEED was completed (June 2016) with Phase 1 capacity of 7.5 million barrels of water per day (MMBWPD) of treated seawater, with a subsequent Phase 2 of 5 MMBWPD for a total buildout capacity of 12.5 MMBWPD. The project was placed on hold upon the completion of FEED.</p>
<p>In 2018 BOC launched a call for tender on the FEED, but instructed bidders to reduce capacity to 5.0 MMBWPD, with provision for a future addition of 2.5 MMBWPD for a total build-out phase of 7.5 MMBWPD.</p>
<h4>Accountabilities</h4>
<p>Accountable for the interfaces and management of change (MoC), being internal (between units, disciplines, PMT, One Tech and specialists) or external (between other CSSP projects, contractors, company, etc.). The job holder coordinates all interface and MoC matters, protecting the WI Project and company’s position with regards to all external interfaces and to internal interfaces between contractors, and ensuring that changes are evaluated and executed for the overall benefit of the project.</p>
<p>Accordingly, the job holder shall make the necessary coordination between all involved contractors/parties and company teams and implement an agreed interface management procedure and methodology. He/she shall ensure the proper and timely follow-up and resolution of interface issues between the various involved parties documents. He/she must support the Interface Manager to ensure full control of the Management of Change process, and shall document all the changes, taking care to perform a full review with various disciplines with project aspects to justify or reject the change.</p>
<p>A key aspect of interface coordination is the ability to effectively communicate, across all involved parties, all details related to an interface, including requirements, technical specifications, and potential issues. It is important that the communication channel is promptly established, the proper information is exchanged, and all involved parties acknowledge that they fully understand the interface requirements.</p>
<p>The nature of the development might call for a “staged” delivery of the facilities. Simultaneous activities between construction activities and operations activities can occur to meet the agreed schedule.</p>

<h4>Job purpose</h4>
<p>Electronic PTW (ePTW) Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth implementation of the ePTW system in areas where it has already been rolled out, as well as supporting its rollout in new areas and departments. The Electronic Permit to Work (ePTW) Administrator is responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting the electronic Permit to Work system to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient control of work activities. The role includes system administration, user support, permit workflow monitoring, training coordination, reporting, and ensuring consistent adherence to these procedures throughout the organization.</p>
<h4>Duties and responsibilities</h4>
<ul>
<li>Administer and maintain the ePTW system and associated databases.</li>
<li>Create, modify, deactivate, and manage user accounts, roles, and permissions.</li>
<li>Configure workflows, templates, and system settings in line with company procedures.</li>
<li>Monitor system performance and coordinate with IT/software vendors for troubleshooting and upgrades.</li>
<li>Ensure data integrity, system availability, and backup compliance.</li>
<li>Support ePTW development and rollout in Majnoon Oilfield and ensure smooth transition from a paper-based to an electronic PTW system.</li>
<li>Support permit issuers, receivers, and approvers in the proper use of the ePTW system.</li>
<li>Monitor live permits and ensure permits are processed according to approved workflows.</li>
<li>Assist in resolving permit conflicts, workflow issues, and system-related delays.</li>
<li>Coordinate contingency plans during system outages, including implementation of paper-based permits when required.</li>
<li>Ensure the ePTW process complies with company HSE standards and regulatory requirements.</li>
<li>Support implementation of isolation management and simultaneous operations (SIMOPS) controls.</li>
<li>Maintain records and audit trails for permits, approvals, and system activities.</li>
<li>Participate in HSE audits, inspections, and incident investigations related to permit control.</li>
<li>Conduct user training and awareness sessions for employees and contractors.</li>
<li>Provide coaching and technical support to system users.</li>
<li>Develop user guides, procedures, and training materials.</li>
<li>Support competency assessments related to ePTW usage.</li>
<li>Generate daily, weekly, and monthly permit reports and KPIs.</li>
<li>Maintain documentation related to system configuration, procedures, and change management.</li>
<li>Track system issues, corrective actions, and improvement initiatives.</li>
<li>Prepare management reports regarding permit statistics and system performance.</li>
<li>Identify opportunities to improve the ePTW process and workflow efficiency.</li>

<p>Suitable tertiary qualification, preferably technical.</p>

<p>This role aims to provide environmental technical support to the MFD. This role has a strong emphasis on environmental compliance and emergency response. Candidates should be recognised for expertise in the environmental function including but not limited to: emissions, disturbed lands remediation, biodiversity, ecological impacts and environmental management system, as well as waste management and minimisation. The environmental function supports company operations, and this person should have a customer-focused and change management mindset.</p>
<h4>Duties and responsibilities</h4>

<li>Implementing environmental policies and practices in Majnoon Oilfield development.</li>
<li>Devising strategies to meet targets and encourage best practices.</li>
<li>Devising the best tools and systems to monitor performance and implement strategies.</li>
<li>Ensuring compliance with Iraqi environmental legislation.</li>
<li>Assessing, analysing and collating environmental performance data and reporting information to internal staff, clients and regulatory bodies.</li>
<li>Responsible for ensuring that the contractors are fully complying with all environmental policies and regulations of the MFD.</li>
<li>Responsible for conducting environmental inspections, developing inspection reports, creating SMART actions and follow-up actions to closure, and supporting field environmental survey work.</li>
<li>Supporting field environmental survey work.</li>
<li>Supporting delivery of the soil and ground water and noise monitoring program.</li>
<li>Responsible for air quality monitoring survey.</li>
<li>Assessing, analysing, and collating environmental performance data and reporting information to internal staff and clients.</li>
<li>Responsible for the complete environmental data analyses and collecting the water and ODS inventories.</li>
<li>Supporting completion of all weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual environmental reports.</li>
<li>Analyzing the passive tubes, STPs reading and submitting a comprehensive report.</li>
<li>Scheduling and managing the housekeeping campaigns in MFD.</li>
<li>Keeping up to date with relevant changes in environmental legislation and initiatives, including international legislation where applicable.</li>
<li>Producing educational or information resources for internal staff, clients or the general public.</li>
<li>Delivering the annual World Environmental Day event in the field.</li>
</ul>
<h4>Qualification & training requirements</h4>

<li>BSc in engineering degree or MSc in environment or equivalent.</li>
<li>NEBOSH Environmental Management Certificate is preferred.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of HSE-related activities and environmental monitoring programs.</li>
<li>Certified ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 or equivalent.</li>
</ul>
<h4>Experience</h4>
<ul>
<li>Five years of relevant job experience within the oil & gas industry.</li>
<li>Knowledge of HSE rules and regulations of the oil industry.</li>
<li>Has an awareness of STP sampling and soil and groundwater-related matters.</li>
<li>Knowledge in recognizing environmental issues and problems.</li>
<li>Knowledge in using the noise handheld equipment.</li>
<li>Experience in data managing and reporting.</li>
<li>Demonstrable experience in all functional aspects of environmental monitoring programs, including environmental contract of air quality monitoring, soil and groundwater monitoring, noise monitoring program, environmental reports review, AAQMS (ambient air quality system) station managing and maintaining.</li>
<li>Minimum of four years of responsible experience related to contaminated site assessment and remediation, environmental risk assessment, environmental field sampling, monitoring, instrumentation, laboratory analyses and data management.</li>
