<p>Focused and a proactive approach for involvement in all areas of HSE working practices and initiatives Coordinate with site personnel and liaise on daily basis with COMPANY Site Construction Lead Area, Oversee the contractor teams and material follow up, Participate to pre-job, planning, coordination and PTW meetings, Pro- active in site works preparation: Procedures, Job cards, Method of statement, Rigging Plan, permit to work etc. Supervise site construction activities, meeting quality and safety requirements, Participate to the elaboration of 5 Weeks Look ahead Planning and liaise with Site Construction Lead Area , Ensure that final documentation is updated to reflect site condition, Collaborate with various stakeholders, including engineers, designers, and suppliers, to resolve any construction-related issues, attend technical survey request and ensure smooth project execution, Ensure that the selected contractor follows through with the works, both in their premises for pre-fabrication and on-site during construction. Supervise and mentor construction personnel, ensuring productivity and adherence to project timeline. Prepare, plan and coordinate and supervise operations in line with Construction Lead Area , Ensure good coordination, and managed all interfaces with other discipline, the various entities involved in the project, Check the technical information provided by the Contractor and its consistency, Anticipate supplies for the smooth running of the site, Anticipate all potential problems, propose, if necessary, alternative "practical" solutions, Supervise pre-commissioning and commissioning activities related to their discipline, ensure mark-up documentation is reflecting the site condition, reporting of punch list and follow-up for completion, formalize handover dossier to FOPS. Establish the daily report (progress of work, number of people, highlights, etc.), Validate and follow the scheduled work for his perimeter and ensure tracking, Support / Substitute the Contractor when it becomes essential for the success of the Project Maintain good relationships with contractors, displaying flexibility when needed while also enforcing necessary standards</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Minimum of 15 years experience and at least 10 years onshore construction experience in a Superintendent role Delivery focused with proven experience in achieving project goals whilst maintaining high standards in HSSE at all times Extensive knowledge of the construction process, its implementation and management. <p>The Datacenter, Cloud & NetBackup Supervisor is responsible for supervising, administering, supporting, and optimizing data center infrastructure, private and hybrid cloud services, systems platforms, virtualization, enterprise storage, Veritas NetBackup, replication, and disaster recovery services.</p>
<p>The role ensures that data center, cloud, systems, and backup services remain secure, available, scalable, recoverable, and compliant with business continuity requirements, while leading operational improvements, technical documentation, and coordination with vendors and internal teams.</p>
<h4>Duties and responsibilities</h4>
<ul>
<li>Supervise daily data center operations, including servers, racks, power and UPS coordination, cooling, hardware health, asset lifecycle, monitoring, and infrastructure availability.</li>
<li>Administer and support Huawei Cloud Stack services, ManageOne, FusionCompute, resource pools, tenants or projects, compute, storage, virtual networking, identity and access, and platform health.</li>
<li>Manage VMware vSphere, vCenter, ESXi, clusters, templates, high availability, DRS, lifecycle updates, and virtual machine provisioning or decommissioning.</li>
<li>Administer Windows Server and Linux systems, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, patching, hardening, file services, and integration with monitoring and service management platforms.</li>

<li>VMware Certified Professional - VCF Administrator or VVF Administrator is strongly preferred.</li>

<p>Electronic PTW (ePTW) Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth implementation of the ePTW system in areas where it has already been rolled out, as well as supporting its rollout in new areas and departments. The Electronic Permit to Work (ePTW) Administrator is responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting the electronic Permit to Work system to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient control of work activities. The role includes system administration, user support, permit workflow monitoring, training coordination, reporting, and ensuring consistent adherence to these procedures throughout the organization.</p>
<h4>Duties and responsibilities</h4>
<ul>
<li>Administer and maintain the ePTW system and associated databases.</li>
<li>Create, modify, deactivate, and manage user accounts, roles, and permissions.</li>
<li>Configure workflows, templates, and system settings in line with company procedures.</li>
<li>Monitor system performance and coordinate with IT/software vendors for troubleshooting and upgrades.</li>
<li>Ensure data integrity, system availability, and backup compliance.</li>
<li>Support ePTW development and rollout in Majnoon Oilfield and ensure smooth transition from a paper-based to an electronic PTW system.</li>
