<p>The HVAC mechanical supervisor is responsible for supervising day-to-day heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning activities across Majnoon Oil Field projects. The role ensures safe, reliable, and compliant operation of HVAC systems in accordance with KBR standards, client specifications, and Iraq oil & gas regulatory requirements. The supervisor oversees HVAC technicians, executes maintenance plans, and supports project works including upgrades, shutdowns, and new installations.</p>
<h4>Accountability / expectations</h4>

Visits site before and during the project and verifies that applied project procedures by contractor will allow compliance of technical requirements and timely completion. <p>KBR is seeking an experienced civil lead to oversee and drive the safe, compliant, and technically robust execution of civil construction activities across major oil & gas facilities in Iraq. This senior role requires strong leadership, advanced technical capability, and proven experience managing multi-discipline construction interfaces in live operational environments.</p>
<h4>Accountabilities / expectations</h4>

<li>Single point accountability (SPA) for all civil construction activities within the assigned plant area, ensuring safe execution, technical compliance, and alignment with project delivery requirements.</li>

<li>Provide guidance and enable the emergency and occupational health training for medical staff and other BOC assignees as well as medical service providers.</li>
<li>Support the implementation of the Facilities HACCP program within the field through monthly inspections and follow-up of actions for both facilities and contractors.</li>
<li>Ensure continuous communication internally with departments, external clients, government, and private health institutes to provide effective support for the business.</li>

<li>Effectively coordinate MEDIVAC procedures with insurance companies, ER companies, and management.</li>
