<h4>Essential responsibilities:</h4> The aircraft mechanic II - avionics performs aircraft maintenance to include inspection, operational test, repair, modification and replacement of aircraft electrical/avionics systems and components. <h4>Job Description</h4> The quality construction inspector will support the U.S. Department of State contract in Iraq. Under specific direction, the inspector will apply knowledge and experience of facility systems in the construction and modification of horizontal and vertical applications and support services for LCC department. They will demonstrate knowledge of setting and meeting key performance indicators, to include the verification of compliance metrics in preliminary laydown, during construction phases and then final and acceptance inspections, utilizing the framework Amentum standards, OBO and DoS policies and regulations, local and international construction codes and standards (ICCS). This position will be responsible for providing oversight and collaboration of standards at construction sites, with the monitoring of construction teams, providing oversight in mechanical, electrical and plumbing functions, directing inspections and managing work requirements, utilizing skills and knowledge requiring flexibility, adaptability, and responsiveness. This position will be responsible for taking ownership of all site operational responsibilities to include directing the daily performance of the organization, planning, scheduling and training processes to meet the requirements of the contract. This position will report to the OMSS program manager.
