Monitor the condition of solar panels and battery conditions for the solar skids. They shall do minor preventive and corrective maintenance work for the upkeep of the chemical skids. <h2 class="h5">Job description</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> <strong>Job Title:</strong> Civil &amp; Structural Construction Supervisor<br><strong>Location:</strong> Al- Anbar Governate, Iraq<br><strong>Contract duration</strong>- 12-15 months<br> <strong>Objectives:</strong><br><ul><li>A civil-Structural supervisor oversees and manages the Civil - Structural construction process, ensuring that projects are completed ontime, and to the required quality standards.</li><li>They coordinate and direct the subcontractor’s activities, and are responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations, buildingcodes, and project specifications.</li><li>To manage the interfaces of Civil Domain</li></ul><br> <strong>Responsibilities:</strong><br>• Oversee and manage the civil &amp; structural construction activities, including coordinating with subcontractor’s peers, and suppliers.<br>• Enforce safety regulations and building codes, and conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards or violations<br>• Manage and resolve conflicts between parties involved in their discipline<br>• Maintain accurate records of progress, and quality control measures<br>• Identify and address any issues or problems that arise during the construction process<br>• Oversee and report deviations oh how Subcontractor manage the allocation of resources, including labor, materials, and equipment<br>• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and permits<br>• Review Permit to Work requested by Subcontractor, ensuring that all the hazards &amp; controls/precautions are explained to and understood by the affected operators.
