The job holder will be responsible for fostering a culture of learning and accountability, developing mechanisms for data collection, analysis, and feedback, coordinating with relevant departments, as well as supporting financial oversight, compliance, innovation, and continuous development.</p><p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p><p>The <strong>PMEAL Manager</strong> provides strategic leadership, oversight, and coordination for all planning, monitoring, evaluation, and learning functions at the Iraqi Red Crescent Society.
