<p>In coordination with the RMO, support the R&R Officer PSD in monitoring the financial aspects of all PSD projects, including overseeing expenditure, fund availability, and cash flow management. Proactively prepare expenditure plans, internal monitoring reports, for all PSD projects. Identify and address bottlenecks, recommend solutions, and ensure approval processes are followed.
