In this role, you will support the Head of Security in the implementation, coordination and administration of security operations in Iraq, contributing to the protection of personnel, assets, information and Company operations through the effective management of security activities, contractor oversight, compliance monitoring, reporting and operational support. Main responsibilities: Support the Head of Security in coordinating and implementing security activities in Iraq, ensuring compliance with Company policies, procedures, and security standards. Assist in the management of security service contracts, monitoring contractor performance, verifying deliverables, and ensuring contractual compliance. The commercial TL will be supporting an international client base that spans across oil and gas, humanitarian, infrastructure, diplomatic and financial services sectors amongst others. Role tasks and responsibilities: Operational Responsibilities Ensure that all HQ teams meet operational and training standards with assistance from the training team and that the team is fully compliant with Control Risks Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Responsible for the professional delivery of operational briefs to both Armed Protection Teams (APTs) and client staff when appropriate.
