<p><h4>Duties</h4>

<p><h4>Driver operator, firefighter (F N)</h4>
<p>The driver operator, firefighter will be primarily based at Baghdad Embassy Compound (BEC) in Baghdad, Iraq, and serve the Base Life Support Services contract in support of the State Department. The driver operator will be responsible for utilizing resources to accomplish operational requirements and will report to their assigned crew chief, assistant site chief and/or the site chief. The additional duties and responsibilities listed below are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all inclusive:</p>

<h4>Working and living conditions:</h4>
<p>This position may be in an environment with harsh and dangerous working and living conditions. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may regularly be exposed to extreme and austere desert-like environment. Temperatures can reach 120-130 degrees Fahrenheit/50-55 degrees Celsius during the summer months. Employees must be willing and able to perform regular job requirements in this austere, extreme environment, as well as willing and able to deploy to Iraq for extended periods. Work schedules are a minimum of 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Employees must be willing and able to perform physical activities including, but not limited to, heavy lifting and moving of items, parts, assemblies, and equipment up to the safety regulation maximum; climbing in and out of equipment; crawling; and working outdoors. This includes being able to lift and carry 40 pounds of personal protective equipment for extended periods of time and being capable of running and “duck & cover” during emergencies without putting oneself or others at risk.</p>

<p>The Operations Manager will be based at the Baghdad Embassy Compound (BEC) site in Iraq and serve the Operations and Maintenance Support Services (OMSS) contract in support of the U.S. Department of State. This position will be responsible for taking ownership of the site operational responsibilities to include directing the daily performance of the organization, planning, scheduling and training processes to meet the requirements of the contract. This position will report to the OMSS Program Manager. <p>The LCC/LCC-A site manager will be based at an Amentum site in Iraq and serve the Operations and Maintenance Support Services (OMSS) contract in support of the U.S. Department of State. This position will be responsible for supervising the LCC/LCC-A team in day-to-day operations by assigning projects, coordinating schedules, monitoring performance and quality of workers, and will report to the OMSS program manager. <h4>Working and living conditions</h4>
<p>This position may be located in a war zone, in an environment with harsh and dangerous working and living conditions. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may regularly be exposed to extreme and austere desert-like environment. Temperatures can reach 120-130 degrees Fahrenheit (50-55 degrees Celsius) during the summer months. Employees must be willing and able to perform regular job requirements in this austere, extreme environment, as well as willing and able to deploy to Iraq for extended periods.</p>
<p>Work schedules are a minimum of six days per week and ten hours per day, while some jobs have higher daily and weekly minimums. Employees must be willing and able to perform physical activities including, but not limited to, heavy lifting and moving of items, parts, assemblies, and equipment up to the safety regulation maximum; climbing in and out of equipment; crawling; and working outdoors. This includes being able to lift and carry 40 pounds of personal protective equipment for extended periods of time and being capable of running and ‘duck & cover’ during emergencies without putting oneself or others at risk.</p></p><p></p>
<p>The Program Property Manager will be based at an Amentum site in Iraq and serve both the Operations and Maintenance Support Services (OMSS) and the Baghdad Life Support Services (BLiSS) contract in support of the U.S. Department of State. This position will be responsible for ensuring that Government property is properly identified and tracked from acquisition to disposition. The property Manager will collaborate with and report to the Program Logistics Manager to schedule and resolve inventory discrepancies. The duties and responsibilities listed below are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all inclusive.</p>
<p>DUTIES:</p>

<li>Provide information and materials to these divisions as necessary to ensure adequate and legal documentation.</li>
<li>Ensure Property Department compliance with Property Management and Control Procedures.</li>

<p><span ><b>Responsibilities</b></span></p><p>Coordination</p><p><br></p><p>1. Provide expert support for the development of an operational PSEAH Work Plan, in line with IOM and United Nations (UN) strategic frameworks, and in coordination with the global PSEAH Unit, Regional PSEAH Officer, and senior management in IOM Iraq.</p><p>2. Ensure the inclusion of PSEAH within the IOM Iraq’s Country Strategy, Crisis Response Plans/Migrant Response Plans or other appeals as appropriate; ensure SEAH risks are considered in the risk register of the mission and that PSEAH is mainstreamed in project proposal development, programming, monitoring and evaluation and budgeting; develop PSEAH programming and liaise with relevant donors.</p><p>3. Actively participate and engage to the in-country interagency PSEA Network activities (contribute to the development of the collective PSEA workplan, risk management plans, PSEA strategies, Standard Operating Procedures for an inter-agency Community-Based Complaint Mechanism, etc), and actively participate in IOM internal coordination initiatives.</p><p>4. Coordinate the collection, analysis and use of data relation to PSEAH efforts, in line with relevant IOM data protection standards, to showcase trends, results and impact.</p><p>5. Map existing community engagement projects in country and work with project/programme managers to gather community input, insert PSEAH messages, and strengthen and/or establish safe and accessible reporting channels.</p><p><br></p><p>Response</p><p>11. <p>The Chief Engineer will be based at one of the Amentum sites in Iraq and serve the Operations and Maintenance Support Services (OMSS) contract in support of the U.S. Department of State. The Chief Engineer is responsible for all water purification, water storage, water distribution and wastewater treatments, as well as generators, and associated power generation, transmission and distribution equipment. The Chief Engineer is also responsible for the safe operation and maintenance of power plants, generators, compressors, air conditioning systems, etc., and operates industrial machinery and equipment in various forms.</p><p>DUTIES:</p><ul><li>Responsible for maintaining a safe workplace and ensuring safety is the highest priority in the workplace.</li><li>Comply with all Environmental & Safety and Quality Assurance requirements and goals. <p>The Regional Finance Officer (RFO) Middle East is responsible for supporting the sound financial management of HAMAP-Humanitaire s programmes and operations across Lebanon, Iraq and Syria. Under the supervision of the Regional Support Functions Manager Middle East, the RFO ensures effective budget monitoring and financial analysis across the regional portfolio, supports budgeting and forecasting processes, oversees the quality and timeliness of financial information, and helps ensure compliance with HAMAP-Humanitaire s internal policies, donor requirements and applicable financial procedures. <p><h4>Duties</h4>
<p>Provide information and materials to these divisions as necessary to ensure adequate and legal documentation.<br>
Ensure Property Department compliance with Property Management and Control Procedures.<br>
Conduct random compliance audits on all sites and departments in Iraq.<br>
Develop and execute corrective action plans for audit deficiencies and inventory accountable property.<br>
Mentor lower-level Property Staff and custodians in proper process and procedures as they relate to Government Property.<br>
Identify problem areas and recommend viable solutions.<br>
Perform physical inventories of Government Furnished Property (GFP) and Contractor Acquired Property (CAP), as directed by the Property Management and Control Procedures and/or the Logistics and Property Manager.<br>
Ensure Government Property Identification numbers (GP) are properly assigned, prepare required schedule, and assist with identifying lost, damaged, and destroyed property as well as excessive consumption.<br>
Work closely with Property Custodians to ensure overall accountability of assets.<br>
Track and record movement of all types of Government property. This includes movement from one point to another within a contractor’s facility, movement between facilities for any purpose, and protection during movement.<br>
Conduct country-wide Property Training on a yearly basis as well as establish training plans for new hire employees and refresher training.<br>
Ensure compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Statement of Work (SOW), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).<br>
Develop processes and desktop procedures to maintain continuity of job performance.<br>
Audit logs and status records to ensure completion of lost, damaged, or destroyed items.<br>
Check LTDD packages for accuracy and completion.<br>
Perform additional duties and projects as qualified to perform as assigned.<br>
Responsible for maintaining a safe workplace and ensuring that safety is the highest priority in the workplace.<br>
Comply with all Environmental Health & Safety and Quality Assurance requirements and goals.</p>
<h4>Required</h4>
<p><strong>Minimum acceptable experience level:</strong> Five years’ experience with overseas Government contracts. Department of State contracts strongly preferred.</p>

An undergraduate degree is preferred but can be replaced with additional years of Government Property Administration experience.</p>
